Office Depot was on my list of errands in Wichita Falls on April 1, 2025. A very nice young man, Tyler, greeted me as I entered and was extremely helpful as I was shopping. He was quick to check me out, offered to carry the Coffee Pod boxes to my car, and just made this errand very easy to accomplish. Thank you, Tyler, for going all the way in being an excellent Office Depot employee!!!

This Office Depot has been so great. A few days ago, I came in to buy supplies for a fund raising event. Tyler was the associate that helped me. He walked up to me and asked if he could help. Boy he did. With enthusiasm and compassion for the cause. He gave me ideas and advice. Thanks again

Thanks so much to the fellow who helped me get the new office desk into my car. I'm on a broken foot and he was kind enough to do the majority of lifting and shifting to get the oversized box into my car. It's the acts of kindness and professionalism that make me return to OD for my needs.

I was on a tight timeline last week and drove through Wichita Falls, with a necessary stop at this Office Depot. I had ordered some items printed for a funeral I was going to. I showed up shortly after they opened the store and all the staff were very positive and welcoming. Todd, the GM, helped me in the print area where I picked up the online order I had made the day prior. My large poster and prayer cards came out perfectly! Then he helped me select an affordable photo scanner. I received excellent customer service at this store. The store also looked very organized and clean. I had tried several stores in the Fort Worth area and they could not guarantee my order for an early morning pick up. The print staff here assured me it would be ready & it was! Print Order was on time, staff were outstanding to deal with, so Thank you, Todd! If I could give you all more than 5 stars, I would!

I purchased two items inside the store. Those 2 items cost me $34 more than if I had ordered them online. No wonder brick and mortar stores are closing!!

This is the best Office Depot I have ever been to. They are highly organized and clean. Daphne (in the printing department) goes out of her way to check on my small business needs! She helps with the special types of printing that I need, the special types of paper, and supplies for my music business!!

The first thing they said was to go away, they couldn't make anything but regular size copies. I said I didn't understand (I thought they did things you couldn't do at home?) Finally they did make them... after an hour. I was the only person there first thing, and it took that long for for three copies.
They stopped helping several times, and took several other people in front of me, also chatting with friends in-store while I quietly waited, then charged DOUBLE the price they quoted (35!? For 3 laminated copies??) The cashier also left left me to serve a second customer as I began to run my card.
It's like they hate having people use their store.
