I absolutely love this place it’s so wonderful to be able to get my animals fixed and shots at low income price. They are very nice very welcoming. Never had no problems with my animals from getting fixed over there. They always do a great job and for the animals that absolutely need it they donate dog food or cat food 100% just love this place. It’s all around a good place and I’ve had at least six dogs in a couple cats fixed there.

Wonderful staff, giving excellent care to all animals. Making pet health affordable when other places are too expensive. ?

Yesterday my parent's dog was at the end of her life. If was terrible, and deeply emotional, but the emergency staff was incredibly supportive and kind. She went on her own terms, but the staff was ready to help her get there. They were deeply sympathetic, and just overall so pleasant during what was easily one of the worst days ever for us. I highly recommend them. And RIP to our sweet Clancy

I really love and appreciate the P.E.T.S. Clinic in Wichita Falls! They are so kind, patient and knowledgeable with pets and owners alike. They don’t rush things during the visit and every person we interacted with was helpful and happy to take care of our pets and answered all of my questions. It’s so great to know that this place exists and that we always receive such good care there. I also saw the same level of care being given to other pets and their owners while I was there. Thank you to the front desk, the vet techs, the veterinarian and even the staff who checked us out. I noticed your compassion and appreciate each of you!

I took my dog Toby Ray Cyrus, and they were so gentle with him. They made him feel safe, and I felt safe as well. Awesome place, and their prices are very reasonable. All around, great place

I have the ability to trap 2 females in the colony but the P.E.T.S. Clinic will rather allow them to gestate and further cat overpopulation and suffering than admit them. The reason is that because I don't need a steel trap to catch them. Yes it is that cold and anti-charitable, they told me on the phone that because of the trap itself, I cannot bring these two wild females who have already gestated once. Their first suggestion was the city, IE. kill the cats. Again, because I can bait them into a normal cage and because I am not lying, I am denied.Icing on the cake, I'm willing to pay the rescheduling fee but still cannot bring in this one wild cat for 2 months simply because of the trap itself. I want to end the suffering of kittens, one of the litters came out basically blind and all but one died. The other one's kittens I caught and fostered out. I'll be looking for a service that wishes to help end the suffering and overpopulation issue while waiting for an appointment... because of the kind of trap I have and because I won't lie about how I catch the animals.

Very clean and organized. They are patient and seem to really enjoy animals. Their prices are reasonable and they have walk ins on sat for basic shots. I really like them and will continue to use them.

The staff is so welcoming and you can just tell how much they love animals. I’ve been taking my pets here for years, before they moved to the new location. I have never had a bad experience. The prices are so reasonable and that has made the difference for us when we have taken in our multiple rescues.

They should not be non profit anymore. They over charge for everything now. They need to have all grants de-funded. And the people are always rude and not helpful at all.

Always a pleasant experience. We trapped our neighborhood feral momma kitty and took her in to be spayed. She did really well and everyone at P.E.T.S. was so helpful. She is doing great while resting and healing up. Thank you P.E.T.S. for the excellent services you provide.

The drs.there are the best! They talk to you and explain everything. Kind and caring, all the staff is above and beyond ,kind and helpful. My dog Weasel was a high risk operation. And she made it, I I am so thankful to all who had a part in her operation today. Thank you so much! So I will keep a close eye on her for the next weeks, and the month. I also thank the Lord, and all the prayers for Weasel.

They are so wonderful at P.E.T.S.!! They spayed and neutered my kitty fur babies, and have treated one of them for hot spots. They're kind and caring people there, and my babies always come back happy and treated well. God bless them because sometimes the cost of my kitty care is expensive. I'm on a fixed income, so their prices I can afford, unlike a regular private veterinarian. This is the place to go!

I cannot say enough about P.E.T.S. They are such a fantastic group of people doing a much needed service affordably. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a pet in need of veterinary care. They are thorough, friendly, professional, and seem to have a deep love and appreciation for the dogs and cats that they treat. The facility is very clean and well air conditioned. The website is particularly easy to maneuver through to make your appointment(s). (Do be patient. They are busy and it will likely be a while before your spay/neuter appointment can be set. But they'll get you.)
