Booked my truck weeks in advance. The day I got there to pick it up. They said they were gonna have to give me a different truck because they didn’t have the size I requested. They knew for weeks I had the truck booked. Instead of giving me any sort of heads up, I find out the day I’m moving out. The dolly they gave me was missing two of the safety pins. Which they didn’t have. I had to go to the store to get some. I had to move out that day. Did t have a choice. The cherry on top, truck broke down on side of the road; with all my stuff in it. Engine only has 80K on it. I get it stuff happens ( I am a mechanic). But three errors all from one place, shows me that they are not running a smooth operation. Never using this location again. Nor would I recommend anyone in the area use them.Solution to location, look further out into your schedule and looking for conflicts. TAKE CARE AND INSPECT YOUR EQUIPMENT!!!

I wished that i had bwwn using their facility all of the 10 years i was here. Great great great location the people especially Mrs. Cat was fantastic and she made it a breeze to rent in a already stressful move to Alabama. I appreciate it ans i have nothing was awesome things to say about this location.
