Love this store and the staff, but not sure we’ll be visiting the grooming salon again.
I did really appreciate that they were short-staffed and still accommodated both of my dogs instead of cancelling the appointment. I also had a $20 coupon for grooming from previous purchases. That being said, I feel like I definitely got what I paid for. The haircuts are pretty uneven, and not shaved completely around their faces and tails the way I had asked. The dogs do not smell noticeably fresher either, which was surprising! Maybe I should’ve paid for some of the extras? I’m accounting this experience to staffing issues and the possibility of my dogs being a bit fidgety in a new salon, but overall feeling very disappointed.

I’ll never go back. After a few bad experiences a few years ago I thought maybe they’d improved and would give them the chance. But never again. One of their “managers” (I didn’t ask, she just informed me) treated me like I was trying to buy a controlled substance with a never ending barrage of questions with a very snide and passive aggressive, rude attitude.
I wanted to buy a few non-agressive beginner fish to add to my established tank. I politely responded to her excessively intrusive questions that I had better than 30 years of experience and had a very large 100 gallon tank and was very familiar with types and care.
I do understand them asking if I have questions or if I have a tank and experience, but the never ending harassment and haughtiness, treating me like I was an inept criminal trying to buy weapons, was genuinely insane.
So, it’s PetCo or literally ANY place else for all my animal care from now on.

I always find this store clean. There are good finds. I buy my little dogs food here. They have some pretty good finds

My poor doggie has fleas and I was trying to find the right items for him. The manager of the grooming came put to assist. She was so nice and helped me save money!

Great selection of pet supplies, our bearded dragon loves to get out of his cage and go outside. He enjoys the car ride to this store. He mainly enjoys basking in the sun on the dash overall.
