I relocated to Texas over a year ago. I was previously a loyal Costco shopper due to Sam's Club being over 30 min from my previous home. When I relocated I became a Sam's Club member. I can honestly say I have been impressed from day one. I am impressed by the selection of products, prices and awesome customer service. I really enjoy the Sam's Club app. You can do online orders, get gas and shop in the store on the app. I enjoy the scan and go app so that you can bypass the check stand. A loss with Costco Fuel; usually or just a penny or two over. The reason this place is inferior to Costco is because of the lack on enforcing proper traffic flow. Customers come from all directions, clearly breaking with plainly marked traffic directions, and those in the wrong are always the rudest. Witnessed numerous close-accidents all because gas attendants\Sam's won't firmly enforce and remove patrons unwilling to follow the rules. Costco is safer and that always wins...

I bought and entire kitchen outfit, all Martha Stewart items for someone who passed before they all came in. So I gathered them all to return them. Every single one still unopened in the box most with the shipping papers still. To be told to leave, we will not return any of it. 100% member satisfaction is apparently a lie. Your customer service is rude. Y’all should be ashamed of your selves. I was told 90 days. Per your Corprate policy 90 days for electronics. Not pots and pans and utensils. Last I checked they don’t have electrics in them.

We have only used Sam's gas station a couple of times. But, we will use it more often. Easy pay. Busy tho, it is cheaper then Walmart and all the convenient stores in town.
