Hair lost volume within 10 minutes cut bangs crooked took half an inch hair off if that and curled it and charged me $80 that is ridiculous I have been coming here for 9 years and never this high

I LOVE going to Makayla at Serenity Salon! She is super friendly and does an amazing job teaching me more about my hair. She goes above and beyond with color and styling so when I leave the salon I feel like a whole new person!!
