Southwest Laundromat is a clean and convenient place that many customers enjoy. It has recently been renovated, and the improvements make the place look much better with clearly marked machines and prices. The laundromat is comfortable and less crowded at certain times. Staff are generally courteous and helpful, with some employees providing friendly service. However, at times, many washers are broken or work only partly. Overall, it is a popular spot with good facilities, though some customers feel there are no staff to handle complaints after the renovation.

Clean and not too expensive. The machines work well. Washers actually wash and dryers actually dry. Js. Some places dont lol. Always a machine open. When I've been there there Always a place to start up and get clean clothes. Its near eateries and stores. If you need anything while doing wash 😊

Doesn't give you full drying time you pay for. Paid for 28 min, got 20. Clean facility though.

This has been our go-to place for years. They had a complete renovation and there is no staff to handle complaints. A bad business decision in my opinion.
