I would give -50 stars if I could. My husband had an appointment scheduled today to have his Internet installed with spectrum. He had something to do as soon as the appointment was over. They called and rescheduled that appointment. It was an inconvenience, but he dealt with it. Technician came out, hooked up his Internet. While the technician was hooking up the Internet, he cut some electrical wires to my husband's camper. He now has no power in his bathroom. And his heater is not kicking in (It's going to be 28° tonight in Wichita Falls). When my husband first called, he was told that they would send someone out to fix the problem. About an hour ago, he was told that it could take 2 to 3 days . So my husband is having to go and pay for a hotel room. I called and explained all of this to the person that answered the phone. All she could tell me is that they do not employee electricians to fix these problems that they're technicians cause. Then I spoke with her supervisor. This woman also did not seem to care that my husband is having to come out of pocket for a hotel room. My husband may be in a hotel room for 2 to 3 days until they process their damage claim. I asked to speak with that woman's supervisor. This man did not care. He suggested that my husband come out of pocket to pay for an electrician to fix the issue. Then my husband would be reimbursed when they're damage claim is processed. ( If it's approved) All of this started two plus hours ago. It is 8 o'clock at night. I can't imagine how much an electrician would cost this late at night. Everyone I spoke with at spectrum, said they understood my frustration. I don't believe them. It is not their husband that could possibly freeze to death or die in a camper fire because their technician screwed up. I advised spectrum that we would be contacting a lawyer first thing Monday morning.

Was told we wouldn't be billed for the last month but were billed for a full month. Do not use them for Internet. Check AT&T for fios, syntrio or vexus. Do not waste your money on inferior cable when fios is now widely available throughout the city.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This place deserves none.Called in about a down cable line in my yard caused by wind. I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT. They used the previous account holders account number in order to get a ticket going.Tech calls me a short time later and says where is the down line? Really? It's in the backyard hanging all over trees, my fence and yard at the address I gave. This tech goes on to tell me he is at some apartment complex at an address that is not the one I gave. Tech tells ME to CALL back customer service and get it straightened out. Are you kidding me. You muppets I swear. I did my part you tools! DO YOURS! LAZY! Hope you get a lawsuit if someone gets hurt.Update.... Still a trash internet provider.Update..... SERVICE STILL SUCKS. WHAT A HORRIBLE COMPANY. CANT WAIT TO DROP THIS TRASH, WALK INTO YOUR STORE AND SMASH THIS ROUTER ALL OVER YOUR STORE. JUST YOU TOOLS WAIT.

Absolutely ridiculous pricing increases. Was not informed of an increase in price and am now paying more for 300mbps of wifi than the promotional price offered online for 1 Gig. Too many issues and too many power outages.

This company is the biggest rip off artist around .. Some of the rudest employees I have ever dealt with. Sales staff that lie to you about services. Monopoly of apartments so you have no other choice of services. Sales staff lie about ACP credit so they can upgrade your account but you never get a credit, I was told my bill would be $34.99 a month for just internet, get a land line with acp credit and it would reduce my cost, then I get hit with $90 , what a bunch of crooks, I would say never ever use this comp for anything!!! A bunch of liars, been arguing with them for 3 weeks now.

The people are cool (if you get the right one), but other than that, they act like you are not worth their time, and to help you is a huge burden to them. Some do welcome you to the store. But others don't explain anything to you they are just like, "Here's your amount. How do you wanna pay? " Sometimes I dread going in there, knowing I'm gonna come out pissed cause they don't seem to care. That's my thought on that store.

Got a 2 year deal on WiFi at 100 Mbps. This is just not what I am getting.While faster than last provider its about half the speed. I check it often at different times of the day and night. Thought of legal action but web says its a small claim dispute. At the end of the day capitalism has its faults like any system. Lets hope AI will help one day by replacing lawyers. Just a passing thought.

Current member. Internet was out all day yesterday and in and out all day the day before and today. I don't want to switch but I was told this was the most reliable internet by the sales person and it isn't been as reliable as was promised. We live in the country and have no signal without internet for phones. So big bummer. Please correct these issues and notify your customers of expected issues. I would not be so aggravated if I had warning that it would not be working properly and a rough estimate of when it would be online again.

Mariah was absolutely amazing! We were leary of switching to spectrum since it's so new with mobile but we went ahead and did it given our internet service has been fantastic. I feel I have never made a better decision! The staff, services and customer service from spectrum have been nothing short of exceptional. Also, I want to really highlight Mariah McLeod at spectrum mobile. She made the process that is normally such a headache of switching the easiest it could of been for us. Do not let her go spectrum! She is incredibly valuable employee!

Zero out of five stars would NOT recommend this service to my worst enemy. Nothing but problems with the service and technicians since starting. So glad other companies have come into the area so I can drop spectrum and move on from this nightmare.
