Took a wifi tower in to cancel it and was told that when I get a chance call this number to cancel. This store couldn't cancel our wifi. So lift called the next day to find out we needed to be at the store so they could verify that we were who we said we were.

I had to use my 360 device protection to replace my phone after it went for a swim in the tub. I got my new phone in 2 days. ( it had to come from a whare- house some place in South Texas). Best customer service experience ever! The staff at the T-mobile store on Kemp Blvd. is always very helpful. The only thing I don't like is this store doesn't have any tech staff to do minor repairs on your phone. Every insurance claim has to be shipped to them. My phone was completely destroyed. That caused a few problems when I got my new phone. I used the same simcard and was able to restore my new phone with my backup in the cloud. It loaded my apps. But then my fingerprint access was not. And I couldn't remember all my passwords. It's all good now. Thanks for your speedy service.

Idk how to explain it other than this location always seems to fix what the other locations in town mess up on my plan and account. The employees r usually friendly and knowledgeable and don't waste time trying to sell me things I don't want.

Went in to pay off phone since the lease ended on 4/25 and the employees did not know how to do it and THE MANAGER.. THE MANAGER didn't even know how!!!!! Wow why are you working here if you can't do your job??!! T-Mobile was doing good for awhile now it's back to ""THEY HAVE NO CLUE!!"" I wanted to give a negative zero but no option!!!! DEFINITELY NEED MORE TRAINING and BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

My experience at this location has been that the sales associates use extremely dishonest sales practices. They do all they can to avoid being transparent about terms, conditions, and return policies. After three visits to this store, my advice is to approach them like used car salesmen and go through all receipts line by line before leaving the store. Bonus points for how smug and unsympathetic the employees act (looking at you Matt W)!

Our experience was pretty good. We were greeted and asked what we were looking for. Told him, picked up a S22, hour we were out the door. Customer service was pretty good.

Phone service is terrible. In store service is great
