Have received true help when I have been to this location. Others seem to promote customer service over the phone, but here, the staff listens to the problem, takes a little time to research, and provides an answer. Only wish the Samsung advertisement had popped up as usual so it could be removed, and since coming to T-mobile, my phone number has been hacked, and random people call in various dispositions because my number call them. And the spam calls are ĵ Wish there was a fix cannot change my number.

The people are friendly and knowledgeable about the products.It's the company that I don't like they tie the employees hands to the point that they can't help you if you want to cancel or have trouble with your equipment. You have to drive to Kemp St location.

The store tried to help me, but the idiots at corporate wouldn't let them do their job. I went to trade in a modem that had quit working. They tested mine, then bring out another, try to get it ready, have to call the company to cancel service on the broken one, only for the guy on the phone to say I would have to call it in, mail it back, and then have a new one sent to me. Why? They had one ready for me right there in the store!Whatever. Anyway, the kids in the store tried to do what I asked them, and it wasn't their fault they couldn't. They were friendly and as helpful as they could be considering the circumstances.

Jon and Logan are pretty cool up there. Had a bad experience with two of the girls up there with spiders for eyelashes. Told me I couldn't switch a phone to add to an existing dormant line like Logan said I could. Those girls head their heads in the clouds, didn't know anything and it felt like they tried to make me feel stupid for asking them to do that. Went to the mall tmobile and got what I wanted done no problem. Actually spoke to the manager there and she told me they get a lot of complaints from that store. Feel like it's a hangout place rather than a business. And no one greets you. Do better.

I'd rate the store higher for prompt & friendly service. Some issues I've had with T-mobile about my 55 Plan concerning my 6KB Hotspot & the fact that They dissappear almost immediately? I felt like it wasn't feasible to address with the representative at that time without going through every possible causeTogether.

Have never waited less than 20 minutes even with only one other person in the store. They have tried to send me to the corporate location far out of the way several times saying they couldn't help me change my plan.

Employees closed early and didn’t bother to assist the line of customers at the door.We live in a digital age, if the cellar company is going to boast internet speeds they should upkeep the advertised hours they have on that same internet.

The rep that was helping me was obviously stung out on some sort of narcotics to the point she was nodding off and slurring words at the counter. and changed things on my account after I had left the store. And caused me to get charge for things I didn't agree to. Then the manager tried to make it my fault and kept hanging up when I was tryin to explain the situation. Very unprofessional management and employees.
