“I had an appointment set up simply because when I had to hit my brakes out of town I felt my steering wheel vibrate. That was it. Only symptom. Jason said hey, bring it in, if it’s nothing then that’s good news but if it is something we will get you fixed up. I loved the just straight transparency. Vick, the guy who worked on my car, came to talk to me himself. He didn’t pressure me to do it right then like many places do. He made it clear it needed done but I did have a little time if I needed to wait a hot minute. I went ahead and had it done and then again I was surprised. Vick came to me again and asked if I wanted to out to my car to look at what they did to my rotors. To be fair, they were pretty and shiny and that’s the extent of my knowledge. I don’t claim otherwise, but Vick was super patient explaining what they did to fix my problem as well as exactly what rotors did. I wasn’t just a “check”, they made that time to make sure I knew what needed done, without pressure, and then went steps beyond that. I’m beyond impressed.”

“I have had the pleasure of dealing with these guys on a few occasions and have always been very pleased with the service and price. Today however my girlfriend needed tires mounted on her golf cart. The big box store in town wanted 120 plus tax. She thought she had to go there because she only had an American Express gold card. I told her I knew these guys on Jacksboro Hwy and I bet they take your card if not I will pay for it. She asked why I said the price would be better and they are much nicer people to deal with. They charged her only 60 dollars and took American Express. Easy peasy. It is so nice to recommend a place to your girlfriend and have them make me look good. Thanks guys”

“My Audi started overheating and i called Mr Macs to schedule a drop off. I dropped my vehicle off on a Friday morning and they diagnosed the issue, called me let me know what was wrong, and had everything fixed by 4:30 on the same day. (Friday) They even changed my oil also with permission ofc. My problem was solved quickly. Price was a BIT high, but sure beats riding around with an engine overheating and the AC going in and out due to hot conditions. So far A+”
“I relocated to Texas over a year ago. I was previously a loyal Costco shopper due to Sam's Club being over 30 min from my previous home. When I relocated I became a Sam's Club member. I can honestly say I have been impressed from day one. I am impressed by the selection of products, prices and awesome customer service. I really enjoy the Sam's Club app. You can do online orders, get gas and shop in the store on the app. I enjoy the scan and go app so that you can bypass the check stand. “My girlfriend and I were passing through Wichita Falls when our right front wheel bearing went out on our pickup truck. I limped the truck over to Firestone and the lovely staff had us in and out within an hour or two. I was pleasantly surprised with how understanding and professional they were. They put so much effort into getting us back on the road, one of the ladies at the desk even offered to go to the parts store and grab the part herself if they couldn’t get a delivery driver. Good, honest, professional. If I could give 6 stars, I totally would!
