“Well the service is great nice people just wish they where more clear on the diagnosis fee of $140, they are saying handing them the key is authorization no signature just verbal, bc im deciding to use someone else. I get it time is money and they wave the fee if you decide to go through with the repair just need better communication.”

“I contacted the owner, Chad, a day before and he ordered my tires. I stopped by the next anfternoon and he put them on within 15-20 minutes. He was so accommodating, professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and explained everything wonderfully. He wasn’t a high push sales. He told me what was wrong and told me how we needed to fix it. He has a pleasant waiting room, although you don’t have to wait long. Experience, excellence for service including customer service. Highly recommend and the price was AMAZING!! Truck died while running, turned out to be an issue of the passenger side fuel tank not having sufficient fuel. Dawson told me about the kenworths & Peterbilt as having the fuel issues by the fueling system not pulling from the primary and secondary tanks. For me, there was barely any diesel left in the secondary and a little in the primary, thus causing the truck to shut off.
Called at 130 am, Dawson knew beforehand what the issue was and came prepared to resolve the issue!
Dawson is one of kind, even waited to ensure that the truck ran smoothly. Very efficient work and at a reasonable price!”

I can honestly say I have been impressed from day one. I am impressed by the selection of products, prices and awesome customer service. I really enjoy the Sam's Club app. You can do online orders, get gas and shop in the store on the app. I enjoy the scan and go app so that you can bypass the check stand.
