Rude. Thats it in a nut shell. They are supposed to open at 8:30. I got there at 8:15 because u wanted to assure I got in and out quickly. All these people started going in, so I did too. They finally opened the door at 8:45, so they were 15 minutes late. The worst thing is that you could hear them from the lobby. They were in the back laughing and cutting up while we stood in line.
I told the woman at the counter my problem. She basically told me it was my imagination and as I tried to explain, she kept talking over me.
When I walked out, I pulled on the door and the way it created a vacuum, it sort of blew open, and she made some sort of comment as if I had intentionally come barreling through the door. I promise I did not.
She yelled at me in front of the other customers (and it was a full house), and when I went out she looked at the other customers and said, “see what she did to the door… did y’all see that?”
She was making it seem like I was the one bringing combative when I was actually being bullied by her.
She never let me talk, she just kept yelling over me.
The issue is that I gave a new address (moved to new construction) I am unable to change my address or order thing from many places, because it comes back as an invalid address. Amazon wasn’t a problem, but Tx driver’s license, auto insurance, banks and bank credit cards… it is not a valid address. They can’t forward my mail because my new address still doesn’t exist.
All I asked was when the new addresses in my neighborhood would be in the system so that things could be done on line. She kept talking over me saying the change of address form (what I went in to drop off), would only be accepted in person, you couldn’t do on line anymore. I kept saying I know y’all require it brought in person, I was talking about banks and other things where an address is required. She was so busy talking over me, she kept hearing the post office wouldn’t let me do it on line anymore. I finally raised my voice over hers and said, I’m not talking about the post office not accepting the address, but it is their responsibility to put the address in.
I was told that by ms congeniality that my other neighbors are getting mail, but that’s mail that has been forwarded. It goes to the post office and they know the address exist. Any vendor, insurance company, credit cards, my TdxasTag for my car, it’s just a nightmare. I did finally get my address changed with my auto insurance. It took 30 minutes to speak to a human, then I had to talk to two different representatives.
So, she yelled at me and basically said I was lying.

The guy in the front was one of the most unhappiest, arrogant, and unfriendly usps staff I’ve ever seen. It was my first time mailing check and he was so arrogant to just ask basic questions. Handed my change like I’m begging for his money. If you ever see this. Get a life bro

We had a family emergency that resulted in us being out of town for weeks. We got back to find our mailboxes empty. We went to the post office to inquire and they said they returned everything because they thought the property was vacant. They left 10 day notice in our mailbox to let us know to check our mail or they'd be returning all of it. Now we are going through the process of finding packages we ordered and having them shipped again. Why is the process to put a notice in the mailbox you obviously aren't checking?! On top of that the employees were condescending. The supervisor told us we should have put in a form to have our mail held before we left. 1. We weren't thinking about our mail during the family emergency 2. We didn't think we'd be gone as long as we were 3. We sure as he'll didn't think the post office would decide we'd abandoned our property and return all of our mail!

They have a plaque on the door that clearly states their hours of operations which says Monday -Friday 8am-5pm. I Googled online to see what time they close and on Google it says 5:00 p.m. I got there at 4:10 p.m. and I guess they decided that they didn't want to work till 5:00 and lock the doors. The Man Behind The Desk pretended that he didn't see me and kept his head down the entire time. I only needed a change of address form but the box they have outside the door that has the grab and go forms that you need was completely empty. If that box wouldn't have been empty and I could have just grabbed a change of address form I probably wouldn't be on here right now. But I am because after Googling I had tried to rush over there. But now I have wasted my gas and wasted my time for them to close their doors at 4:00 p.m. I filed a complaint online with the USPS and I guess from now on I will just drive all the way across town so I can get a simple dang form.

Post office employee was rude. I was shipping a package, before I had a chance to react and select how I wanted my receipt he chose it for me and was all like "Gotta be quicker, time is money!"If I had my way I would have backhanded him, sorry not sorry. He has no right to be disrespectful to a customer and needs to be fired.

I dropped off a package 2 days ago to one those stupid boxes they have installed in most lobbies. You know the ones that are usually stuck. Still not tracking. After reading these reviews I wonder if it will ever get delivered. Also didn’t see a single soul working there at 1:45 in the afternoon.

Friendliest staff around, by far! I'll make the extra 15 minute drive from Burkburnett, just to avoid my own local post office (because they're rude).

Raced here after work. Arrived at 4:57 and they were already locked completely up with a sign that says closes at 5:00. I could see people and knocked but nobody would answer.

Rude customer service at the counter. The guy acts like I'm causing him to have to do his job.Didn't offer any help on how to send my package, just complained about how I brought the package in. I thought he would print a label, he basically told me to go back and figure out how to address the package before I came back to the counter. What a joke.

Typical PO. Slow and inefficient. Just like every other government run facility.
