Better than lawton but was still unable to complete what I needed done and had to send me to the ups store for something that should have been able to be completed at store level. As a 20 year customer who spends about 500 a month with the brand not being treated like a criminal every time I have to have a in store interaction would be great

Terrible experience. Tried to transfer a line into a new line and they just handed us a number and told us to do it ourselves. No explanation and no assistance was offered. Which leaves me with the thought…why do we need a brick and mortar store if everything has to be done over the phone?

Bought Apple Watch ultras for my kids. Having trouble getting one of them to work correctly. Mind you I bought them at Verizon. I was told they could not help me I would have to go to the Mac store and pay them to help me. Never use this company. Why would I pay you over 1000 dollars per watch. If you are unwilling to help me with the product you sold me.

I went in because my phone was not recognizing the Sim card. From the beginning I got that I don't care vibe and ultimately they didn't do anything. I just had a feeling the verizon employee did not care and instead went to the verizon store in the mall. Walked out of the Sikes center Verizon with a working phone. If you need it done, don't waste your time here just go to the mall store.

Went in the store to change my plan and remove a line off my bill. Adam was my service representative and he is the greatest!!! Very friendly, explained everything to me on how the removal would work and any other questions I had. Can't thank him enough for his helping me! Thanks Adam!!!
