“We had only used this vet originally for our cat, our dog became unwell on a Sunday, we called first thing Monday morning and they got her an emergency visit and we were able to get her out of pain, do some X-rays and get her a treatment plan going.”

“Love the support staff here. They've all been great. Most appts are walk-in, so I've seen most of the vets. They've all been great except for one. I would not recommend Dr Hoffman. She doesn't even come into the room at any point to discuss the pet's issue. She examines my pets in the back and then just opens the door to announce the diagnosis and that the tech will bring meds. Terrible bedside manner IMO. Otherwise I'd give them five stars.”
“The best just moved to the state literally 3 days before my dog has to see a vet, everyone I contacted said not taking new patients I called them and it was walk in took all of 5 mins to fill out paperwork and within 30 mins she was taken care of and she is doing great now they are awesome and the man at front desk so polite and helpful. Tech and Vet themselves were very friendly and so easy to deal with will be my animals permanent vet from now on”

“I had just moved to Wichita Falls and needed a vet ASAP. My Chihuahua was very sick. VCA Callfield, was just around the corner from my new house. I called them and they told to bring her right in. From the moment we got there the staff was very nice and supportive. The Dr's are very knowledgeable and caring. We all had a ruff week, but in the end she is doing amazing and is bouncing around and playing like she is still a puppy and not a senior. I feel that if it weren't for the extra steps they were willing to do for my pup, she would not be here with me today. I am very thankful for them and will take all my animals to them. Thank you, from Kim and Gucci”
“They take such good care of my sweet little shih Tzu Harley Sue! They saved her life when she had pancreatitis, and now they're taking such good care of her eyes she has glaucoma in one eye and cataracts in the other and an eye infection. If you love your dogs take them to a wonderful vet and this is the place!!!”

“Have been to PETS many times over the years. They are always very nice. My daughter took our latest kitten that she found in the Walmart parking lot as she was leaving work. They neutered him and it was such a nice clean job. You can barely tell where they cut. A really nice job. Thank you PETS!!??”
