“The vets here are fantastic, the ladies that work up front however leave a lot to be desired! They are consistently rude and famous for ignoring clients while you stand at the counter and watch them talk freely amongst themselves.”

“Love the support staff here. They've all been great. Most appts are walk-in, so I've seen most of the vets. They've all been great except for one. I would not recommend Dr Hoffman. She doesn't even come into the room at any point to discuss the pet's issue. She examines my pets in the back and then just opens the door to announce the diagnosis and that the tech will bring meds. Terrible bedside manner IMO. Otherwise I'd give them five stars.”
“I had just moved to Wichita Falls and needed a vet ASAP. My Chihuahua was very sick. VCA Callfield, was just around the corner from my new house. I called them and they told to bring her right in. From the moment we got there the staff was very nice and supportive. The Dr's are very knowledgeable and caring. We all had a ruff week, but in the end she is doing amazing and is bouncing around and playing like she is still a puppy and not a senior. I feel that if it weren't for the extra steps they were willing to do for my pup, she would not be here with me today. I am very thankful for them and will take all my animals to them.
