First time I have ever bought a car in Wichita Falls! I was pleasantly surprised at how easy they made the whole process. They knew I didn’t have much time that day and we were in and out of the dealership in less than an hour! They found the Volkswagen I wanted and made the whole car buying experience so easy. And the dudes at the Volkswagen dealership at Herb Easley were helpful and nice and fun! I would recommend anyone looking for a car to check them out before you head to the metroplex! Went into this dealership looking for a Mazda. After walking around the lot the salesman instead only showed us Volkswagens. The salesman was also extremely rude and not very cooperative with what we were looking for, we stated our price range and every vehicle was above by thousands. The only thing that this dealership wanted was a sale, they did not care about what we were looking for, only about a potential sale.
