When I initially set up medication’s to be filled on the 2/5, I had a lot of trouble then and on the 15th, and when I called today, I was expecting the same, but I got someone else instead of the same person I had been speaking to and she was able to get everything taken care of and even within a timely manner. Monte you are amazing! I really appreciate it.

On December 18, 2024, I attempted to schedule a passport photo appointment but encountered significant delays. Due to the overwhelming volume of customers, I was advised to return the following morning, December 19, 2024. Upon my arrival, I was met with an unprofessional attitude from the female employee who was responsible for taking my photographs. She informed me that she was the only individual in the store at the time and was unable to accommodate my request. Despite my urgent need for the photographs, she refused to proceed, due of the computers not working. Her lack of cooperation and disregard for her responsibilities were evident throughout the interaction.

3 years living here and man I keep holding out hope it would get better here but still slacking and behind on EVERYTHING! Staff is hit or miss depending on their day they can be great or they can be sweet. Otherwise they are entirely soooooooooooo slow!!!!!!! They seriously need to hire more help here as it’s honestly a drag every time!

I went to this Walgreens pharmacy and was trying to get my medicine. Turns out the wrong medicine got filled and the head pharmacy worker completely talked to me like a dog and made it seem like it was somehow my fault. When I was just trying to ask what should I do to fix it. I really hope Walgreens takes action. Not the first time I’ve seen the pharmacy treat people badly. I will never use Walgreens again.

They hired Lance Voorhees to work in their pharmacy with all of our sensitive information, when a cursory background check would reveal a long history of stalking and violence against women. Do better Walgreens.

The Pharmacy doesn't answer the phone. We have sat on hold for over an hour multiple times, and no one ever answers. Worst customer service ever. Do not go here!
