I have used Walgreens for over 30 years and now I’m done. Continues to go down hill. Attitude, run around, lazy don’t really care. I will find a new pharmacy. They need to realize customer service is the key ingredients. Good luck Walgreens!

Just came in to pick up my prescription. Wow did I say something that made you mad? Very rude, paid and she shoved my bag at me at walked away. No thanks no eye contact nothing. I ask "are we done ". I wasn't sure. Didn't even get a response.

We are customers here because the location is convenient. The general merchandise and retail pharmacy areas are both usually plagued with out of stocks and un-replenished shelves and end caps.

Do not rely on Walgreens for a pcr test for travel. They say is will take 24-72 hours, but in actuality they wait 72 hours to sent it to the lab, for the lab to take another 72 hours to process. Be warned you might be spending $750 for covid test at the airport. Be warned.

Terrible customer service I showed up on 28 December around 130 because I had scheduled a Covid test appointment now the guy working at the front window have a very poor attitude because I guess they have lunch at 1:30 and told me it should’ve let me scheduled one and just stopped talking to me and put up a closed until 2 sign in my face I stayed because I am sick and was wanting to get the test he comes back from lunch still has his attitude like I’m supposed to know what time they go to lunch tells me I need my iD I didn’t know I needed my ID my wallet got stolen a week ago so I don’t have it on me and I tried to explain that to him and he kept saying looks like you’re not getting your test then I told him I would appreciate it if he told me that instead of having me wait 30 minutes for lunch and he just kept saying next and cutting me off I guess I didn’t bring my ID I didn’t see that on the website but still there’s a way you should talk to people

The cashier was rude. The cashier was more worried about his I watch then he was helping cash me out._. He pushed my bag on me before I was able to do my card payment to type on the iPhone. RUDE!!!!!

Only because I can't give zero stars. Everytime I try to fill meds here, they hand some issue with my insurance. These people are horrible. Customer service at the pharmacy is horrible. I'll never use this Walgreens again.

Had an appointment for the covid vaccine. No one working check in area. Told them I was waiting. Asked me 2 times if I had an appt. Said yes and still made my sit and wait for 20 minutes. Very unorganized!

Excellent location. Had a very good experience with the manager when a refund was processed incorrectly the first time. Great place to stop in for a gift card or quick items!

There pharmacy department is beyond far the best I’ve dealt with in this town. I tried the one on 9th and got nothing but the run arounds and excuses the every time I tried to fill my meds. This problem with 9th street location went on for like over a year. Don’t go to the location on ninth they don’t know what there doing. They obviously don’t know how to run insurance.This one on Southwest Pkwy. had all my meds ready fast and easy with no hassles. I dealt with Rhonda and she’s so professional, sweet and very knowledgeable. I really appreciate her. What the other Walgreens claimed they couldn’t do she got it done.Thank You

I have never been to such a filthy and slow walgreens. They were this slow before COVID. I asked for my insulin to be shipped to me and they told no. 2 days later its at my door. They would not give me all my pen needles. 1 box is 100 and 4 shots a day doesn't add up. They took my Levimir out of my box and put 1 Levimir pen in a bag! I have the best health insurance. These people rip you and your insurance off. Not to mention the employess in through pharmacy drive thru oh my they are not trained at all. They don't know how to use the Walgreens Express so don't bother. Its just a other technique to get more money from you. Please just run fast and far far away from this Walgreens. They are crooks. They are useless. The only functioning thing at this one was their online system.
