When going through the drive thru, you are always asked to pull forward. Their parking lot is small and is very hard to navigate with so many drive thru cars parked and waiting for food. You have double lanes for the drive thru, use them. You are even asked to park in handicaps spaces to wait for your food.

So, I decided to eat whataburger last night. Remembered the last time we ate there, they didn't give us the onion rings we ordered, so we were put on a list for a free onion ring. Went in to order as I figured it would be easier. Started my order and then mentioned the list only to be told that if they screw up your order, they only kept that list for a week. The manager on duty was very rude in saying, but it's been too long, and when asked how am I supposed to know, you only keep your list for a week? Would only say sorry it's been too long while repeatedly interrupting me mid sentence. I was never told when put on this list that there was a time limit. Yet their manager says I was and implied I should just know their week long list policy, "it's been over a week, sir."I was not given any reason or answer why they only keep their list for a week at a time but apparently it's my fault they screwed up my order and once I realize it I should stop my family from eating their meal to drive 5 minutes back to the restaurant wait in another 30 minute line or park and walk in and wait 5 minutes to get what they forgot then drive back home to eat cold food with my family. Or eat at a restaurant that screwed up that week to reward them and give them a chance to do the same. We have had some issues with this location, not large sizing drinks or fries on previous visits, and once at the window, after you paid, you can't correct it there, I have tried!THIS WAS THE WORST TRAINED MANAGER I HAVE EVER SEEN OR INTERACTED WITH EVER all over a $4.29 order of onion rings I had paid for on a previous visit.

My disabled Son and I came in for a late lunch and ordered whatacatches, onion rings, creamy pepper and drinks. We were greeted warmly and served our food with a smile. The place was clean. The whatacatches were AWESOME! I am suggesting Whataburger and their whatacatch for Lent and throughout the year!

Got into town late, and the options for a meal were slim. It was my first visit to whataburger, and the staff was excellent. They were courteous and friendly and efficient. Thanks to them, a long day of travel ended very well.

Usually drive thru for cheeseburgers and fries. Like it. That previous message was for the past 5 years. Today 0202024 11:00, same order, but an extremely rude "lady" taking orders. I was really caught off guard by this individual.

Order 5 burgers for my family and fries and we all agreed, they were the best burgers we had ever had from a Whataburger. I wish I had order more.
