I am trying to get help with child care as I am a single mom struggling I was asked a questioner on my living arrangement example if we have running water, if the house was falling apart, and if my kids had their own rooms and these questions determined if i was eligible for emergency child care which my home has nothing to do with me needing help with my child while I go to work.

This was the worst experience ever they didn’t even try to help you with anything.Very miss leading ,I was very disappointed they didn’t even offer other opportunities after what I ask was unavailable. They didn’t offer a call back if it became available. I guess Miss Cathy didn’t want to help.

It’s not the place or the girl up front. It’s the training and educational department. Show no effort in helping the disabled trying to get back to school and work.Time in and time out I get no help.Just promises that never come through.

This is a great service for those looking for employment but it would be nice if your fax number was easier to find. Trying to help people fax job log paper work to you, the fax number should be on the log.

THE LADY ( HELPING ME ) WAS SOOOO HELPFUL!....SHE EASED MY STRESS AND ANXIETY. EXPLAINED ALOT OF THINGS I COULDNT UNDERSTAND...." They now have the "adult version " of mean girls working at the Bowie office. The two newest working there cuss like sailors and speak down to everyone including one of their own. No help comes from this office anymore.
