I called on July 30th , about 2pm in the afternoon , spoke with Dawn, the Wild Orchid owner to have Flowers delivered to my Daughters work ( 11 minutes away from her shop ) for her 34th Birthday , I was late in ordering them & got my days mix-up as my husband had just had complete knee re-placement surgery. I knew it was late in the day & ask if there was any way she could get something deliver that day, she couldn't & I was o.k. with that as it was my fault, she could deliver the next day July 31 st. no problem. I requested that the arraignment be a "south west Style"...with some sunflowers in it! Dawn said she could do that & after getting all my info & logistics, I ask her if she would send me a text picture of the arrangement when it was done & before delivery? .....Dawn stated; " she would try, but she tends to forget & if she forgets, I can call her to remind her" Dawn never did send me a text photo , but my Daughter did when it was delivered at 11:00 am the next day. To say I was a little shocked after talking with Dawn the day before how lovely she would make it, well quite frankly for $86.60 minus the $20.00 delivery fee, this arrangement is sparse at best, the poor hydrangea's are not fresh...really 1/2 dead. The anthers have not been removed from the lilies ( these are removed so pollen does not get on the flowers or anything they may fall on...this is VERY BASIC designer knowledge ....it's what separates the hobbyist from the professionals ) & really in no way does this arrangement have a "south west" feel, had Dawn texted me the photo as requested before it was delivered maybe we could have fixed it?? I am a person that loves to & does support the small business, this is more than disappointing & sad to say I will never use her again!

She will bring them to my office now, I will definitely order some while on maternity leave so my home office smells amazing!
She is very quick and always makes the best boutiques, she will also call and let you know if she is out of something and if the replacement is okay! :)

On Wednesday June 22, 2023 l ordered flowers for my wife online using this Florist website. Upon completion of the online transaction l immediately called to verify the order has been received. The owner said that it had been and that she didn't have what l ordered. (Strike 1) she offered an alternative for the same price. Upon delivery of these flowers it was obvious that these flowers were NOT fresh flowers. My wife sent me a picture and l was on the phone to complain. This owner was like What do you want from me?End of story, No refund for wilted flowers that looked like it came off the top a week old coffin.

My husband surprised me with an arrangement of flowers sent to my office. I did not say anything to the delivery person about the fact that the zinnias looked very wilted. My husband and I did place a call to the florist once I got home. We sent photos of the terrible looking flowers. She said that she would credit our card for the zinnias. Which we agreed to. Well, this morning the hydrangeas were limp and completely dead.? For the amount my husband spent on these flowers I am tremendously disappointed with the freshness of the flowers. These flowers were days old. They should have lasted more than a day. I cannot leave a good review. We will definitely go elsewhere next time.

This place is awesome. I tried one of those online flower delivery websites and it was a horrible experience that I had to cancel yet still really needed flowers to be delivered today. I called Wild Orchid and she was so great in helping me place an order and get it delivered within only a couple hours. Keep in mind it was 2pm when I called and they close at 5pm. Fantastic company and I will def be using again!

I wanted to share how wonderful my experience was! I placed an order for a casket spray for a funeral this past weekend and originally wanted red flowers. The family made a last-minute change and she was so flexible and understanding of the sensitive nature of the situation. Due to the last minute change, she used her creativity to create a very beautiful spray and did so without charging me extra. I was very pleased with the customer service here. I was even having issues with removing my toddler carseat (since I forgot to do this before picking up the flowers) and she and another person helped me get it out in the 100 degree weather so we could place the spray in the backseat. I always love to support small local businesses and I was not disappointed one bit. She has won a long time customer.

Honestly I don't even want to give my experience 1 star. Order a beautiful bouquet of flowers for a family member's bday. Got a message on day of, that I didn't get until later, that she didn't have any of the roses in the original and asked if she could switch it out. I called and she said since I hadn't called back she went ahead and made the switch. I said okay. Later I heard from the family member that she liked the flowers... and they sent me a pic of them. What she got and what I ordered were nothing alike. So so disappointed... called and asked for my money back and only got a call back that she was busy and never heard from again.

They seem to have a nice variety and its great that they are local. However, I was about to submit an online order but noticed they added in a $4.99 "wire fee" and a $4.99 "additional fee". I can understand wanting to pass on a 3% credit card fee, but these fees make no sense. It seems a bit sleazy, so I don't plan to shop there again.

I ordered online to have flowers sent to a funeral home for a friend's father's service. The flowers were never received yet my card was charged. My friend said she went through each flower arrangement and took off and saved the messages on the arrangements and never had one I sent. When I called Wild Orchid and spoke to Laura, she already had an attitude and said she knows it was delivered because she is the the one who delivered it. Instead of being understanding and apologizing and seeing what she could do, she offered nothing. Her excuse was that there wasn't a sign in sheet at the funeral home and nobody is ever there. Easy and sad way to scam people from their hard working money, especially for a passing of a loved one. I called the funeral home and they said they had no record of the specific arrangement I ordered and said they never received flowers from The Wild orchid. I called Laura back twice and no answer. I will definitely remember to use Greene's next time, especially after reading all of the terrible reviews for this place. Do not shop here!

She gave no indication that a refund or even partial refund!You can’t buy integrity.
