Very clean and well stocked location. I live closer to the location in Willow park but they never have much inventory in stock. The past few times I’ve gone there they haven’t had items I needed (basic things like loctite or specific glues or solvents). They always tell me the location on burleson will have it. They are right. The location I’m Burleson always has what I need, is much cleaner of a location, and much more helpful.

Under new management, great experience now. Helpful friendly staff. If they don't have what you need, they'll order it for you.

Becky was awesome, amazing person, and deserves a raise. I came in to buy a blower, was told that the store was changing ownership and stock was being rotated out, she did all she could to help me, if you need anything, check this place out, absolute next level staff, that goes above and beyond

Apparently the store has sold and the old owner doesn’t want to purchase stock. They’re out of everything. Don’t waste your time coming here.

Friendly staff, but this store rarely has what I need. I keep going back because I want to support a local hardware store but I always end up going to Home Depot afterwards.

The guy behind the counter had the motivation of a sloth. Previously bought a gauge here before and needed a replacement and the guy barely acknowledges me when asking to say it's in a specific aisle and if it's not there then they never sold it. Don't know why they have to lie instead of just saying it's not in stock or don't have enough will power to walk to the back and check their back stock.

We showed the cashier a valid coupon BEFORE our purchase and the he did not know how to deduct it from the purchase. He said "use it next time." We won't be back.

I went there to look for a Case pocket knife, but they didn’t have the keys to unlock them. I was sent away with no effort, no apologies, and no knife. The nice lady at the register asked if she could help me with anything on my way out, and I briefly explained my experience. She walked me back to the display where she was willing to try every key on a giant key ring to get me what I needed. Then, we were interrupted by the same man that didn’t want to help the first time. He said, “Ya know, Teskey’s sells knives, a whole bunch of ‘em”. I didn’t mind waiting, but if you really don’t want my money… I’ll go anywhere else and give them my money. It’s not just the young crowd here…It’s the culture of the store…

This location does not cut keys. Maybe if you have business keys they'll cut something for you. Per the octogenarian eating beef jerky while using some English words that ended with no coherence, "I don't cut personal keys." I've had better customer service dealing with a self-checkout kiosk. Also be prepared for car damage due to the parking lot size that's meant for go-karts.

Great place for a quick stop and go for items needed at the job site. Lowes and home depot are a little to far working at Walsh. Would like to see them them keep a larger selection of box screws for interior jobs.

i thought it was a joke this boy didn't know where things were in the store until i met him so i walked past that fiasco and asked someone who looked interested in having a job.i got what i needed immediately and avoided spending my money somewhere else,i wonder how much money that boy loses for this store?
