Supposed to have something delivered on Wednesday and it was not. No one would even answer the phone on Thursday. Friday I called twice and they said it was being loaded onto a truck and would be delivered two days late. In the late afternoon after it had not showed up I was told it would be delivered the following day. Four days late on delivery that’s a 20 minute drive away from them. I’ve also spent about 20 minutes on hold today trying to get anyone to answer their phone. How they maintain any semblance of a functioning business is beyond me.

They did not have the color that was advertised. We even called ahead to be sure it was in stock. This place was a 45 minute drive one way. Then the color they did have was much darker for the corner block than for the side block. Highly disappointed and this place serves as a good example why your call center should be physically present on site. Accurate inventory is important customer service.

Might be pretty good place if you can get any help. When a customer comes in to buy brick and stone to build a house that customer should not be told they are to busy to help them and to send an email. Day eleven and no response to my email.

We have bought several loads of different kinds of rock, plus dirt and mulch, from Bell Stone over the past year for landscaping work. They are always on time with their deliveries, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their delivery person places the materials exactly where you want them on your site.
