Poor customer service . We walked into a completely empty store and a woman walks out from the back and already seemed annoyed. I don’t know if she didn’t want to work or if it was because we didn’t look like her “typical” customers. She reluctantly got my husband boots he asked to try on and towards the end he asked to try on another pair that wasn’t his size, but just wanted to see what the boot looked like with his jeans so he could order online. She completely refused and argued that “they look the same as they do on the shelf.” She was rude and made me feel uncomfortable. Do yourself a favor and go to any other location.

Went to the store today in Willow Park to try on some lace ups. Only option they had was to order them, try them on and return them if they didn’t fit.So let me get this right, order almost $400 worth of boots ($345 plus tax) on my dime just to try them on?Get some inventory, ship a pair from another store over to try etc…….Don’t put the burden on the customer to try on your product.
