I recently moved all of my personal/commercial lines to Bass IG. Lindsey took the time to really go through my existing policy, and we discovered some areas where I was underinsured. In my line of work, I do not have time to worry about a lot outside of what is going on at jobsites/meetings/phone calls. This took the pressure off in a big way so I do not have to be concerned about this stuff. Highly recommend.

About a year ago I switched my homeowner's and auto policies to Jones Insurance Group. Lindsey and her team have been outstanding. I recently moved my business policies as well. They've worked diligently to navigate the ridiculous process of transferring with the Hartford to ensure everything was correct and kept me updated along the way. Highly recommend this group. The agent who was handling our account left the Jones Group. We were never informed of that and have not been informed about who our new account agent is, if there even is one. I just spent about 30 minutes on the phone with Nationwide cancelling our policy. Shouldn't that be the agency's job?
Also - when I call the agency all I get is Nationwide's main phone line. How is anyone able to speak to a live person at the agency?
I am writing this five months after my last review. Someone named Lindsey Bass who says he or she is from the agency responded about two weeks ago. He or she asked that I call him or her but didn't leave a number to call - even after I stated in my original review that when I call the agency number all I get is Nationwide's main phone number!
