We have used Mark several times for our guinea pigs and cat. He is so thorough and kind. We can completely trust that our fur family is taken care of while we are away. We always get fun pictures of the animals each day and are thankful to have found such an amazing resource!

Mark has taken care of our 3 cats on about 5 different occasions now. He is friendly, reliable, and trustworthy. He goes the extra mile to water plants, and secure mail and packages. He will text daily updates, complete with pictures so you feel more at ease when away from your pets.

Never Alone took excellent care of all my high maintenance critters. He was extremely patient and kind. It's obvious he has a true love for animals. Well definitely be using them again for our future travels.

Mark did an absolutely wonderful job taking care of my baby doggies that are not really babies, 3 and 5 yrs old. He kept us updated daily and went above and beyond our expectations in caring for the doggies, watering plants, getting the mail and even tended to our swimming pool so we didn't have any issues due to being away 10 days. Highly, Highly recommend Mark, we will use him from now on.

Mark is a true blessing to those that own animals. We always stressed when we went out of town and had to board our dogs. We found Never Alone Pet Sitter Services so I contacted the service and Mark made an appointment to come over and meet our dogs. They took right to him. We loved the idea that they could stay at home and he came to take care of them. He is so organized, I have booked him 6 to 8 months out and he would contact me about a week before to double check that we were still on. We have even had last minute changes and had to leave town and Mark was there to take care of the dogs. We love the thought that he text messages us each time he comes to feed and play with them, sometimes he even sends pictures. They only allow me to give 5 stars, but Mark deserves 10 stars.

Highly recommend! Mark and his staff are the best. They truly love and care for animals. Always on time and professional. Very comforting to have someone we trust to care for our dogs and also take time to play with them. Nice to get pictures and updates of the dogs while we’re not at home too.
