This is a very awesome gym. I love that it's available 24 hrs. I like the variety of the equipment. You will not get board of your work outs. The owner is very cool, and down to earth.

I've been going to the gym for five years now and have tried out various facilities. One year being at Synergy and it is undoubtedly the top gym in Parker County, boasting exceptional machines and an outstanding staff.

Amazing gym with tons of great equipment & friendly staff! It’s hard finding a good gym with great leg machines. It is well maintained & clean. There has been some solid upgrades since joining a year ago and it keeps getting better!
