Dr. Coakley and her staff are incredible! Attentive and informative, they answered all my questions and gave me an estimate for my pup's dental procedure. Thank you for taking such good care of my fur baby!!!!

I can’t thank Dr. Finger and all the staff at this VCA enough. They have been super friendly and helpful from my very first phone call for an appt to follow up phone calls on our dogs test results and all concerns. They’ve been thorough, supportive, have gone above and beyond, excellent communication, transparent with cost and options. All of it. The very best care and am very grateful.

Dr. Finger is brilliant! My 19 year old cat who has a very complicated care scenario is doing so much better now after just one visit with her. I have never had an initial visit with a vet have such a dramatic improvement in my cat's quality of life but very glad that I found her. Thank you so much!

I love everyone here they are amazing!! They have saved my dogs on 2 separate occasions! First a couple years ago when my lab got bit on the leg and almost lost all the skin there. He is older so we weren’t sure he would be able to get through it. I called so many vets and either they couldn’t get me in immediately, they wanted to charge an ‘emergency’ fee or they turned us away because of the nature of the injury.Well VCA Aledo just told me get in whenever you can. When They saw him they were honest that they may not be able to get it to close and stay closed and it could become a permanent issue. But they did such an amazing job and checked up on his progress consistently! The vet called me daily and asked for pictures to make sure he healed well. My pup is now 11 years old and you can’t tell he was ever hurt he doesn’t even have a scar!!Second this week they saved the life of my 11 month old German shepherd! She started eating less which I wasn’t too worried about but 4 days in she started bleeding. Once again I played phone tag with all the close vets and no one could get me in! Call VCA Aledo and they told me to get in ASAP! As soon as we got her there her condition deteriorated! She had pyometra and needed emergency surgery and there was a big chance she wouldn’t make it! I was told she aspirated during surgery, yet even with the complications and the severity on the surgery, they saved my baby girl! She got so sick within just 2 hours! Yet now she is happy and energetic and eating again! And I am so grateful to this group for always being here for my family!!

If you’re a parent to a fur baby, the worst time is having to say goodbye. Today was that time for me. I am grateful to the vets, vet techs and entire team who helped with this difficult transition. They are true guardians of our animals welfare and health. Thank you so much.

Truly care about you and your animal. I've taken all my cats here and it's been a wonderful experience every time. Very knowledgeable and caring.

Worst veterinarian services we have ever received (or not received in our case). I would never suggest or recommend anyone bring their animals here. The staff is neglectful and irresponsible.

The staff and doctors are always attentive and listen to our concerns while giving professional advice and care for our pets.
We love this clinic and will
Continue to use them for our loved ones.

Okay, I had one of the worst days of my life on memorial day. Around 11pm my prarie dog fell on wood flooring and one tooth broke and the other one shot sideways and up through her nasal cavity. No one would help me. No 24 hr emergency services anywhere. So the next morning I started making calls. Steadily being dealt with by rude receptionist and people that couldn't understand that there's a compassionate way to say No when someone's fur Child is dying in their arms from lack of oxygen. They are nose breathers and she was down to one nostril and they were both filling repeatedly with blood. I had been through hell and even though VCA couldn't help my baby, Brittany was the light of my morning. She made calls to find somewhere that could! !understanding that I was panicked and upset. Hell I called numbers twice. ?♀️ she kept in contact with me throughout the day checking on Snoopy. Brittany has the heart of a Saint and really cares about animals. I didn't realize how hard that was to find in these receptionist at vet places or vet techs. The compassion was felt! Thank you again Brittany and VCA for hiring someone who cares!

Brought my cat in as he was having an issue with his ear. The staff and Dr. were able to accommodate us in a timely fashion even though we were a walk-in. The Dr. did a thorough examination and explained our options. They provided a treatment plan for my cat that listed everything that was going to be done as well as the pricing so there were no surprises. The pricing was very fair compared to other vets in the area. VCA Aledo will now be our vet for the future. Thank you again for taking such good care of our sweet boy.

We have brought our dogs here for more than 15 years and were concerned when this private practice went corporate with VCA. While they remain a friendly practice and provide good general care, the "feeling" that you're valued has been replaced with the feeling that you're the number for that day, plus the pricing structure is higher. Call other practices before taking your pet here and compare pricing. The wholesale price is the same for all but what they charge the client can differ greatly.

They've been taking care of my dogs for many years. They listen to our concerns and seem to really care about providing quality care. I haven't used the boarding service in a few years but my dogs always came home happy and healthy and never seemed reluctant to go back. My latest dog has some anxiety issues. They take their time with him and make his appointments as low stress as possible.
