Update 9/12/24: On 8/20 I sent text, left VM & sent email, stating I wanted to have my RV back, and asked that they let me know when it was parked out front so I could retrieve it. Lee Garber replied, stating wallboard panels didn't match so replacements had to be ordered, that charges were still owed and would have to be paid before he would release the RV, and that he would provide documentation to me of the foregoing if I also removed all negative comments from the web! I asked again when repairs would be completed; no reply yet.
Update 8/8/24: No change; RV in shop over 10 months now.
Update 7/2/24: NO status/return calls received from Lee or anyone at this business; RV still in shop, 9 months as of today!
Shop owner Lee Garber is a superb salesman, but unfortunately Geico paid him before he finished the job, so either nothing has been done since then, or, if it has, I am not aware of it because my texts to Lee have been ignored for over a month now. I took the RV to him at his request on 10/2/2023 for what Geico said should be a 2 week repair job. Yes, 7+ months ago and no idea what the status is now, though I've asked many times. I will update this review if my RV ever gets fixed. In the meantime if you know of a solution to this problem or want more details please let me know:

Me and Lee spoke on the phone for quite a while about traveling in many other things he's a really nice guy I came by Lee wasn't at the front desk but there was another guy can we ended up talking about fishing and he was great too. Anyway if I decide to keep my RV and not sell it and fix it I will definitely be using this company.

I had the pleasure of having Lee service my travel trailer, and I couldn't be more impressed. He arrived within two hours of my call and came thoroughly prepared to diagnose and fix my AC issue. Lee was not only professional but also very friendly, making the entire experience smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend him and look forward to using his services for all my future repairs. I called on Saturday morning looking for a few parts. Not only did he have them in stock but he met me up at the closed business. Informed me of another part that probably caused my issue, and told me how to take extra steps to insure it was fixed properly. This is exactly the kind of small town business I want to spend my money at. I’ll definitely be back!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Sold Lee $4500.00 worth of parts! Check bounced. Have attempted numerous times to contact him. The office manager gave us the run around, would not let us speak to Lee. Would not provide his cell number or make arrangements to pay. Done a background check on him and he has been arrested several times. Stay away from them unless you want to be done the same way.

Giving 2 stars because Lee is a nice guy. He doesn’t like to answer his phone. Scheduled a pick up time with him, texted him to make sure that pick up time was still a go the night before and he pushed the pick up time back 2 hours. My husband showed up to get the camper and he was no where near finished with the repairs. The paint was wet and didn’t even match. The silicone was wet and bubbly. Poor workmanship and poor customer service.

I was recommended to Lee and when he heard about the issues I was having he called me and got me in. The fixes were fairly simple but he was sure to talk me through it and explain what everything was, how to prevent it, and how to fix it in the future. he absolutely went the extra mile to ensure my safety afterwards by checking and fixing the way my sway bar was set up and tire pressure. Then after arriving home, I got text checking once to see how the everything went and then the next morning after the rain to ensure everything stayed dry. Absolute professionals and they now have my business for life.

Being in the car business for 20+ years, I don't trust many people to touch my RV's.
Lee has proven to care about the quality of repairs done on not only my RV but my mom's RV. He'll get involved with the insurance companies and guide you through tough decisions to get you repaired and back on the road.
I feel like I've made a friend also.

Very professional and polite. Came out on a Sunday and worked until 8pm installing my 2nd a/c unit. I will be using Mr. Lee for all my rv work!!
