We have to shop here because it's the only game in town unless you want to drive all the way to Terrell or Canton. Every time I come in they have 2 cashiers working and 1 sacker....on a weekend? You have higher prices on your product, yet I'm still having to sack and take out my own groceries? This has been going on A LONG TIME. Come on Brookshires get it together.

Love going there they have everything I need from cooked food, pan dulce, just all the Mexican products I need. Only thing I have to drive 1 hour away or when I'm in the Dallas area

I am done ...sorry management...sorry customer service ...sorry service...can only hope home office sees this and does something ....but until then I will not use this store again....I will drive to another town going forward ....if you have clearance honor the clearance price ....if you advertise a price and the price on the item is clearly posted honor it...I hope more people wake up and realize they may have the monopoly in town but you don't have to play ...go to another town make them pay. I spend 600.00 - 800 00 monthly at this store but will no longer.

This has always been my go to store, but I had a very bad experience today at 11. I went in there to cash my check, I was waiting there for over 20 minutes, I asked if someone was up there and nobody ever came until later. The manager heather wethington was very rude to me, i gave her the id for cashing the check and let her know that I don’t have the hard copy yet, that i will have it this October but I was needing my check from my job so I could get though the week. She told me she couldn’t cash because of my id, but the guy who always cashes it had no problem with it, and never said anything about not being able to cash it, and I let her know that, then she proceeded to be very mean and rude to me for letting her know that. She then asked for the clock in number at my job, and I let her know I didn’t work at her store I worked in Edgewood, and when asking why she needed it because every other time nobody asked for it she proceeded to not explain it and was very disrespectful. I would recommend she get some training before being a manager. Every time I go in there everyone else is so nice and it’s not really a good look on having her as a manager when she can’t even handle doing what she needs to do, and then even after all the waiting being treated that way is very disappointing.

Bought a rotisserie chicken & the dark meat was not fully cooked. Very disappointed that we couldn’t eat all of it! I will call tomorrow to report it!!
