PNR equipment has a friendly staff. Great people to work with if your tractor is in the shop. I have to pick it up and drop it off. Shane is a really nice guy called you and let you know when he’s gonna be there. Eddie and the parts department super guy knows got a lot of knowledge. Glenn is a general manager over here super great nice guy just a bunch of good guys Cody, the salesman and Johnny, the other mechanic discrete people to help you with your Massey.

Wife surprised me with a zero turn for father’s Day this year. Our salesman helped her with choosing, not the flashy high end model, but instead a model that would work well with what we actually needed and would last. Eddie delivered it to us, after work, in the rain, and was very helpful in showing me how to turn it on and all the features. I went to mow our front lawn the next day and the mower had trouble starting. Called up and Eddie was there after work to work on our mower. I can’t recommend this company and these people enough. Will go to them every time.

Worked with Nick and Cody completely over the phone on the purchase of a brand new Yanmar vio17 excavator. I was assured that I would be impressed by the quality of the machine, so much so that they would bring it to me to inspect it.
Well I couldn't be more impressed with the initial inspection/test drive. It was exactly what I'd hoped it would be. They helped me get credit approval, and with less than 24 hours from idea to purchase, it was a great experience. Thanks to all involved. Absolutely earned a customer

Incredible experiences with PR Equipment. Randy took care of all of our parts needs and even took extra care when loading the pieces into the back of my truck.
Eddie was super helpful at the front desk. We had the best conversation while Randy & my husband were loading my truck.
I felt like family there!
