“My husband and I had a very positive experience renting two units at the BTA storage in Wills Point. The facility was kept very clean and everything was in the same condition when we removed it as when we stored it. Mitzi and Nicole are the on-site managers and could not have been more pleasant to work with. They did everything possible to ensure our move out went perfectly. Nicole even let us borrow a broom to sweep out the unit!We recommend using this facility anytime you require a place to store your possessions. They will be well cared for.”
“This is an excellent location for storage being ideal off of Interstate 20 and Highway 47. The grounds are well-kept and everything is secured with barbed wire around the property. They have climate control storage as well and the front entry is locked as well. Good country feel.”
“Great owners, small family owned facility. Gated entry with key code lock. There is even a dumpster for tenets to use if needed, which I thought was a pretty nice addition especially when you're moving your things to or from storage. I like doing business with the family owned and operated businesses around town. If we keep the money local, the local economy will thrive it at least not bust!”
