This Company Is A Joke! Didn’t Receive My Bill & When I Call Them For It They Tell Me I Owe $1296 Because I Have A Disconnection Notice! 😱 Said Im Now Required To Pay A Deposit Of $690. Not To Mention My Bill Alone Is $606 Highest It Has Ever Been! Ever! Lady Said If I Act Right I Can Get Deposit Back In 12 Months!?!? WTH‼️ I Been With Yall For 7 Years, Why Pay A Deposit Now ‼️‼️‼️‼️ Just Horrible We Get Screwed By Our Government & Now The Electricity ⚡️ Company 😞

If you have a choice don't use them. This month our central heat was set at 72 or below and somehow we used twice the amount of electricity as the Month before. Even though the temperature was on average 5 degrees lower than the previous month. Some days our central heat didn't run because it was warm enough. Our insulation keeps at least 20 degrees about the outside temp sometimes more. Don't take a rocket scientist to figure out that something shady is going on. Yes we had that cold snap but it was only a day of below average temp and certainly not an extra 200 dollars worth.

Why the heck are you clicking my power off and on so often?!? I've stopped bothering to set my digital clocks because I know you're just going to cycle my power again in a day or two. ?

I’m very disappointed in this electric company!! I thought they would get the power back on quicker to my house than they are trying to! I’m disappointed that my power has been out since 3 and it is still not back on and now it’s 10! I have a newborn baby that me and my wife have and we need the electric on to make are babies bottles cause she is on formula!! I’m very disappointed that we’ve had no power since 3 and it is now 10 and they still have not brought power back to my house especially cause I have a newborn baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’m now starting to get really irritated with this company because now I have to throw away all the food I have in my freezers and refrigerator away because this company can’t seem to get my power back on in a timely manner which is unfortunate cause I spent quite a bit of money on my food!!!!!! Now I have to go out and buy more which I really don’t have the money for all because this company can’t get my power back on in a timely manner which is really disappointing to me especially for the people that live paycheck to paycheck!!!!! This happens more often than not and I don’t understand why this company doesn’t prepare for this especially when you guys know this happens all the time!! This is also why I will be moving out of this area sooner rather than later!! I can’t afford to be without power this long! I hope you guys are happy with yourselfs cause I would not be if I ran this company. This company is so poorly unprepared for this and you guys should always be prepared for it!!!!! Also you guys know how hot it is here in Texas and are houses are going to be hot so I would think you guys would like to get us in air conditioning but obviously you guys want your customers to suffer and be miserable!!!!!

Power went out 5/28/24 large area, ok
Going to take some time, ok
Repairs only fixed areas around my street in particular every other house on every other street has power but they just decided not to finish the area they were in over night and make a smaller service area that's going to be ignored till the very end cause now it's down to 15 reports, so this damn company and their contractors are going to take their sweet time. I mean my neighbor is on a ventilator and has to stand next to his generator so he has enough power to run it

Cannot get my power turned on for my new build. Contractors laid the wire but all TVEC can tell me is they can't doanything until the contractors tell them to. Ridiculous

Ever since they switched their system I have had issues. I was on autopay and it didn't pay so I got a letter telling me I'm late. So I went up there and paid it as well as re enrolled autopay. Now just days later I get a notice telling me I didn't pay the 317 autopay IJUST PAID so now I owe 498 dollars???? That's just ridiculous! I even have a recipt showing I paid the 317!!!! I will be up there first thing Monday morning and hopefully they will apologize and work this crazy stuff out!

Since 2:30 am today 2/15/21 electricity has gone off/on about every 10 Min. Not even 100 yards south of me there electric has not gone off once. So what's up with this? Can't even cook anything to eat.

My daughter and son in law who are trying to get their electricity hooked up have now been told after paying their deposits that now it will cost them another $1500.00 to get electricity to their pole. Plus this has to be paid in full before they will even run the wire or hook it up. Can make payments but still no electricity until paid in full. New customers should be told this in advance. Plus they were told by the first technician that they have a $1500 credit to begin with. Well if that is the case then why the extra $1500.00 charge? Why is it apparently going to cost over $3000.00 to run less than 100 feet of wire to their pole? This company needs to be more upfront and honest about all the extra charges. This isn't the Trinity Valley electric company I dealt with in the past. Shameful!!
