“I always go over there and honestly love it. But I have heard stories of costumers being bad to the cashiers. Even some creeps that I have seen around. I have major respect for the people that work here.
But since the people around here are always having something, the cashiers get the bad end of the stick. They are people too.
But anyways, love this store.

“What woman don't like to shop especially at the Dollar Tree. We do not have dollar stores when we was coming up back in the days this is new school days the Young generation that's the way I see it don't get me wrong I love dollar stores. You can't go wrong in Dollar Tree. One day me and my mother was in the Dollar Tree Store in Dallas it was a wonderful shopping experience but my mother what shopping so hard I thought that was so cute I looked at her and asked her mother your shopping basket is pretty full right she said I guess so what woman don't like to shop she replied and then I asked her how much money do you think you're going to spend today she say I'm grown and she said stay out of my business I looked at her and say yes ma'am. I need to stay in my Lane Right..... She spented over $100.00 In The Dollar Tree.... Thank You for all of the Dollar Tree in this world. God bless the Owner ❤️.”
“I sure do love the people in this place they are always so friendly and kind. I work across the street so I pretty much see them everyday! Amber is the coolest she always putting a smile on my face when I come into the store, while I’m in the store, and when I walk out the door. The store is always so well kept and neat. They love their jobs and do a fantastic job with customer service!”

I want to give a shout out to Jessie Small for the pride in her work to keep the aisles clear and organized and uplifting of staff (young man) with support and kind words! The cashier (young lady) was friendly and professional even when another customer was being rude at closing time. The hispanic lady was also very mobile and supportive to the team. “I don't have dollar stores in my area so so I'm always happy to stop in when I see a dollar store. This one was much neater than some of the others I have been to. It was well stocked and things were in place unlike many of the other stores that have the aisles covered in boxes.”
“Was there on August 7, 2019 around 7pm and the store was clean as a whistle nothing on the floor nothing was outta place it was the cleanest and best family dollar I've ever seen in my entire live and believe me I have seen a lot of bad ones to know the difference and it made me put in a application to work there.”

“I believe this man that works the front counter for customer payments should be moved up to management due to my reason for my opinion, he had way more positive energy than the one he had to call in order to fulfill my request in payment to you guys.
I had a great experience at Family Dollar thanks to Chris. He had such a pleasant attitude and went out of his way to help me find everything I needed. Even though it sounded like he might not have been officially authorized to handle what I needed, he took the initiative to figure it out and made sure I was taken care of.
That level of effort and customer service really stood out to me. Chris clearly cares about helping customers and is willing to put in the work to make sure things get done right. Thank you for such a positive experience!

This is my local Dollar Tree & it's very convenient. The people are nice but the store is usually either in disarray, or has many empty shelves. Prices are also randomly going up. Some items on the regular shelves are now $1.50. They do have some $3 or $5 items, but those are usually marked well, & mostly in the freezer.”
“This is the best Family Dollar this side of town!! It is always clean , fully stocked and the workers are always nice and so helpful . The manager Elena really puts her all in managing this store and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and your shopping experience a pleasant one. Thank you.”

“Enrique was so helpful! 5 stars for customer service. As soon as I stepped into the store he greeted me kindly and informed me that they had a sale on Cokes, which just so happened to be exactly what I was looking for! He loaded up 3 12 packs of Diet Cokes for me into a cart, and I also took a 32 pack of water which he also loaded up for me. All under $20! Just as I was about to leave my receipt, he reminded me to take it because there was a $5 off $25 coupon at the bottom! Very nice gentleman who evidently takes pride in the work he does.”

“The place is good but it needs more electronic things like headphone cables, chargers, etc. And it needs more ATMs because it is frustrating to wait because there is only one ATM open of the two there are. If you are only going to grab something in particular, the place is good.”
