I like these apartments THIER always so nice a friendly when we arriving on the premises they allow us to come an walk the premises an witness to the people about the word of God the resident are very friendly they allow us to have a VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL CLASS on the premises out we service the community food the kids had games it was awesome one of the manger came out an join us we just want to say thank you my prayer is that we continue build a stronger relationship .

I really wanted to leave this place a 5 star review because the apartments themselves are beautiful but the application process was a negative 10! Rosie was the one who initially helped me with the application and told me that even with my broken lease they could get me in. All great! Then I don’t know what happened and Mirabel took over the process. Let me just say that I have NEVER met a property manager (if she is that) as rude and condescending as her. You would think that because they are trying to sell you an apartment they’d be a little more professional but NO! She acts like she’s doing you a favor and I have also never met an apartment complex that is so slow processing apps. I applied on 2/22 and was given a move in date of march 10, march 10 comes around and they tell me I don’t make enough money, send them the info and they give me a move in date of march 15. They literally call me Friday at 10 am before my move in date and tell me that they did not approve because I make too much money! On top of that I had to be the one calling and pressing about getting a status on the app. Completely unprofessional and they clearly don’t know how their process works. I will say the only one that’s different there is Ms. Payne, very professional and kind. I’m glad I did not give a deposit! Take your business elsewhere cause at the end of the day you are paying for a service!
