They never answer the phone when you call and when you go in to talk about the selection they act like you are in their way and want you to hurry up.

I just came to look at phones. They can clearly see me and others on the cameras. I have been waiting for awhile now. There is more than two workers here. All I want to do is get in and get out. There is more people behind me as well. Only one worker is working?! The lady in the back came and went back. The customer service here is no good.

I went in looking for a phone and a short chubby lady gave me attitude and tried to tell me which phone was the plus and the pro when I already knew the difference but the way she said it was not okay or friendly. Worst customer service !

They fired me because they couldn't remove a line because it was broken and they couldn't remove that line but to add more phones to one, if they are good, I hope someone else reads it above and says something about it, one doesn't have time to spend doing their job

Don't try calling this store for assistance. The store has a cell line that is never answered and they do not have a proper vm greeting to let customers know if they are calling the correct number listed on the web; nor do they pick up and place telephone customer on hold so that they are eventually assisted.

The girls unprofessional...spoke a diffrent language in front of customer..I waited about 35 to 40 mims just for them to activate a line.
