Brokedown on the fuel island n was able to move after that truck wouldn't start on the ONE 9 truckstop. Called asked if they did road side and they said yes. Didn't see it on the on services so that was a relief. They came over right away. Ben was very knowledgeable and went straight to work. He found out the problem right away. I didn't get no bad vibes from his the company or him. I was charged 654 and truck is still running. I've heard nightmares where roadside works on your truck n you breakdown few miles away. Thank GOD for This company and Ben. Im making it home to my kids last football game of the season!!!

This place really be robbing drivers. I took it in because my truck was loosing power. They said it was the ECM and some wiring I changed that… drove the truck same problem. They charged me 5000 then they said it’s the TCM lol. I asked the guy i don’t remember his name but he’s in charge of the service department. I told him are you sure this will solve the issue .. he said maybe. They were trying to charge me another 5,000. They didn’t solve my issues I had to take to another shop and told me that how come they didn’t check the fuel pump. And that solved the problem. I will be making a claim for sure

Shop came highly recommended for a tune on my c15.. very disappointed. Power feels the same maybe worse with alot of useless smoke just $$ blowingout my stacks. 1000$ wasted !! Tried to communicate was told my truck had other issues. Funny it ran fine going in and runs the same now just with alot of smoke and my pockets 1000 lighter.

Went in for a diagnostic and was in and out within 45 minutes even though they were full. All hands were busy on deck. But still got me in and out. Good customer service from the tech all the way to the people inside that I had to pay, too. Very quick service and knowledgeable of their skills.

Very nice people and very friendly they got too my truck as soon as it arrived and completed the work quickly the mechanic worked outside in 95 degree heat to get it fixed and get me back on the road I will definitely be back if I need work done thank you redneck diesel

If you need Roadside, call RDP. Tell them to send Ben. I had to different mechanics come out before Ben. One was there 5 hours the other one was there 2 and a half, neither could find the problem. I talk to Ben on the phone and he knew the problem before he got to me. He had already stopped and picked up the part. He was at my truck for about an hour. 45mins of that was waiting to confirm payment. Thanks again my guy.
