So my Package I was waiting on said it got delivered got home no package?? Call got the runaround and gave them the tracking number they kept saying it got delivered and went across the street to my neighbor because she has a camera facing the STREET nope didn't even show up to my house even though they said it was delivered at 430 pm went to the mailbox just in case they put it in the Mailbox nope nothing called the post office again they said it was delivered but I told them about my neighbor having a camera showing nobody delivered that they and time but again they said it was delivered to my door step and again told them not on video for day and time they said it was delivered went back 9 hours 9 hours forward still nothing told just to file a claim? WTF talk to the mail carrier who was in her truck sitting on her phone looking at a tic-tok video and asked her about the package said she didn't know anything about it?

Guy at front counter changed the shipping quote 4 times!! I complained and Lisa called and was zero help, complete waste of time. Will not return, avoid this place.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Older lady with short curly hair attitude is so terrible wayyy to OLD for that!!Canceled my PO BOX service I’ll take my money elsewhere!!!

You all should be ashamed of yourselves for posting bad reviews. The women in the office are pleasant and easy going. No reason to accuse them of stealing considering they work in a government post office that keeps cameras running 24/7 or trash talk them because your packages didn't come In time. I've received great customer service and I been with them over a year. Ty again for servicing my mailing needs wilmer :)

Just moved here. So this is the very first impression they have left with me. I have been waiting on my package ALL day. I haven’t left, I’ve been here ALL day. It’s 7:30pm and I start to wonder “where could my package be?” So I send my husband out to the mailbox… there’s a nice pink slip in the box letting me know they attempted to give me the package and conveniently it’s Friday. Not once did I get a knock on the door or a ring at my bell. So now, not only do I not get my package until Monday, but I also work 20 minutes away. I have to be at work by 8am and I get off at 5pm. Monday through Friday. So thank you so much for your AMAZING service. I look forward to meeting you all to pick up my package.

I'm going ahead and I'm going to report this place I think they are stealing people's packages! And one thing I hate is a thief obviously they don't know they have to leave work right I'm just saying you might want to watch yourself!

I have never been to the post office due to the reviews were very intimidating. I have to say i did go this morning and was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted with a smile and the lady at the counter was super sweet very patient and answered all of my questions. The gentleman there went above and beyond to help me. If you were like me and didn’t go for the reviews you read try it for yourself. I am mad at myself for not getting their names. But you guys rock!!!!

Use the Postal Service on a Daily Basis and Today was Contacted by One of Our Customers to be Informed that Her Pet Bereavement Gift, which She had to Put Down her Cat just days before, was FOLDED in HALF when EACH of Our Mailers are CLEARLY Marked 'DO NOT BEND' . She questioned the Carrier to ONLY have the CARRIER Roll Her Eyes at Our Customer!!! UNACCEPTABLE Our Customer is a CUSTOMER of the UNITED States Post Office! NOT ACCEPTABLE in Any Way!!!!
