Patricia is a horrible employee. She was extremely rude and when I asked for the manager she tried to avoid getting and when Sarah got to the window, while I was talking to Sarah, Patricia was giving horrible whole body attitude over Sarah's shoulder. I then called the manager of the store and reported it to her so hopefully she will reprimand by management. I've been dealing with HEB for 30 years and this is the worst customer service issue I've ever experienced there.

Hate needing to go to the Phamacy. Just about every time there is something wrong and the answer is always the same, it will be ready in 30 minutes.
I have lived in the UK and Africa and ALL of the pharmacies (even in Africa) are better organised and faster than this Parmacy

This was my first and my last interaction with the HEB Pharmacy. I can't say I was impressed with the lack of customer service of the pharmacist. She had the most unfriendliest look on her face. Not to mention her attitude. Due to this experience, I have transferred my prescription over to brookshire Brothers. And to be honest, I think I'll just start going to Brookshire. The whole experience just left a bad taste in my mouth and I know I'll be thinking of that every time if I were to shop there. Do better H-E-B.

The store as well was very clean and stocked with great products
Davy in the meat section was exceptional
I’ve been going to HEB for 35+ years and this attention I received for my first visit I. The Winberly area is better than any 6star service elsewhere..

I politely asked the pharmacist for clarification on why they were unable to get a life saving medication for me at the pharmacy. She was beyond rude. Wouldn’t make eye contact and kept repeating the same unhelpful sentence. I left in shock at how I was treated. I’ve never experienced anything close to that at the Wimberley Pharmacy.

The people here are always so friendly. Even in the drive through when the pharmacy is slammed, they are nice and personable. I have never had any issues with refills or maintenance medications for my family. When getting an Rx the same day, there might be a small delay because they are busy and stretched thin like everyone else who works in healthcare. I usually call and see if there's a timeframe our antibiotics or whatnot will be ready and they do an awesome job at accommodating my schedule.

HEB is failing its customers at this pharmacy location. Too many times we get notices that prescription is ready for pick up. Only to arrive and the order is not yet completely filled. Seems like an autoAction calibration could correct. Then doctors send prescriptions over and staff says “no we don’t have that. Only to be told later, oh I found it. The lack of customer service here is astounding. I call this out as HEB prides itself on being “our store.” Well the stores pharmacy on ranch road 12 is broken and quickly upsetting more and more folks. Looks like we now have to drive to Dripping springs or San Marcos cause HEB Pharmacy isn’t working for the customer these days……

I feel bad giving this pharmacy a 1 star because the staff is very sweet, BUT this is by far the most backed up pharmacy I have ever dealt with. It would be faster to drive to San Marcos or dripping springs to get your meds then wait in line for your meds at this pharmacy. They let people sit in the drive through line and discuss who knows what for over 20 min. I have had my fair share of waiting an hour plus in the line (and you get stuck since there is no way to get out with the cars). It is the same thing inside as well. They constantly have an full Elise occupied of people waiting for their meds. They need more staff and shame on H-E-B for not helping them out with the resources needed to help out Wimberley. GO TO ANY OTHER PHARMACY!!! Not this one.

I think this pharmacy and it's team are great! Always friendly and eager to help even when dealing with the rude people of this small town. Reading the other reviews on wait times being blamed on staff etc are very misleading. I've personally been a victim of a long wait time but to no fault of the staff more so the customers who either refuse to move their vehicle from the drive thru window or the ones to expect staff to run a million and one coupons while the line behind them grows. Also these folks seem to not like waiting, since you all apparently get helped with no wait times other than HEB please tell me what doctors and restraunts you go to so that way I can avoid waiting as well. God bless you HEB pharmacy staff! Ignore the small town old folks!

The wait time in the drive thru is terrible. I've never pulled up to wait behind less than 3 cars. Make sure you give yourself at least 30min or more. Then using the call request or app request prescription pickup time is not reliable, even after 5 hrs notice and been denied for days for another pickup time. Maybe hire more help?
