This business is great. People are friendly and the music is always good. They also ship stuff and provide great customer service. I use their services for both business and personal mailing and shipping. 10 out of 10 would mail again.

Such a shame. I hoped that a local business would be good to locals but I have had several bad experiences with the man working the counter at Mail Stop. Although I have witnessed him giving good customer service to some, this isn't my experience. I have tried to be kind and gracious regardless. But this man has been curt and rude to me several times and most recently he did something spiteful that impacted my business.If you must go, wait to be helped by the other folks there. For me, I need to drive to San Marcos, Kyle or Dripping Springs for my shipping needs.

I have nothing but wonderful memories of the Mail Stop. Every time I visit, the staff are kind and responsive, and prices competitive. Don't forget to ask the owners about their exuberant vizsla pup.

They will ship DHL... but only if you pay for it. Won't accept pre-paid returns. Reported to DHL

So far, so good! The ladies here are friendly and kind, and so far I've gotten my mail and packages no problem. I even scored one of the last virtual mailboxes here. If you want a mailbox from Mail Stop, I'd recommend get one fast before their virtual mailboxes are all spoken for. Thank you Mail Stop!

Such a great experience. They make it so easy to do whatever you need to do. They get me setup with a good box, bubble wrap, and help me get my labels printed out.

I am very disappointed with their service. They charged me a $1.00 just to tape a package. A small package probably took less then a foot of tape.
I will not use their service in the future, if I can help it.
