Sonora Bank has staff that are incredible, super helpful, and always polite. They quickly find answers and return promptly. The staff is unbelievably nice, accommodating customers who break down in the parking lot, offering a waiting area with air conditioning, water, or coffee. The bank provides a 50 kW EV charger out front, rated at 50 kW and maxing at 46 kW for a Mach E, with a 15‑minute timer to encourage sharing.

    I got a loan from them and have subsequently dealt with the staff, they are incredible! Super helpful and always polite, if they don’t have an answer for you, they get it and get back to you right away. GREAT experience!
