3 months later and my rating doesn't change. Extremely common for this store to not have bread at noon. Or for that matter, week after week my crew wants to eat there, and they can't keep lettuce or meat or cheese. The staff limits how many leaves of spinach becauae they don't have enough to serve everyone. I dont know what's going on over there. Either the staff is lazy, can't order the proper amount of food needed, or they're just trying to make a few extra bucks at every turn. How ever you want to slice it.....this subway is in desperate need of attention. We, my family and my company, have all wanted Subway sandwiches here in wimberley....but we won't be going back. It's always a disappointment. So very unfortunate. It just doesn't have to be this way.

I have given the "New Improved" subway in Wimberley three different tries. Each time was ....not good. The first time I was in there, the person at the counter was so busy flirting with the girl who came in behind me that he couldn't get my order straight. I finally gave up and took what I got and left. The second time, there was one overwhelmed guy who was new and not familiar with the set up. He got the sandwich right, at least. Last night was abysmal. The order taker didn't know the difference between Teriyaki sauce and mayo. When I stopped him from putting the teriyaki sauce on a roast beef he ended up not putting anything at all on it even though I had asked for Mayo three times. And, even with the register telling him how much change to give me, he had a hard time with cash money. I won't go back again.

Wanted to update my prior review. Line moved relatively quickly this visit. Staff was friendly and patient with me and my attempts to use the non-user friendly Subway app.My protein bowl was very good. The missing playin inside was a local station with a variety I liked I got a free cookie and a large drink for a dollar as well as $2 off my total order so even though it was frustrating, the app pays off eventually.Any way I will visit here again next time I visit Wimberley

Short staffed. If you order online for curbside, they won't bring it to you because not enough staff. Was in the drive thru(the only car) for a thousand years waiting for my online order as they were helping everyone else who came in. The manager gave us a complimentary cookie for our wait, didn't help. Basically, the only service you might get is inside.Parking: Curbside signs, but they don't honor that, nor will anyone come tell you so. After 5 mins sitting there, I went to the drive-thru and waited forever. The manager said they can't do curbside and that most knew you had to go in the drive thru.

Noah made me wait 15 minutes because, as he rudely stated, it was 4:30 pm. Counted all his register coins and without washing his hands he came over to make my sandwich by saying "talk to me". The windows are so nasty you can barely see out. The place hasn't been cleaned in at least a few years. Seriously a nasty place.

Funny seeing all of the reviews on "slow service". Got you beat! Went in today (15 August) around 2:20. Only one in the place. Looked at the menu and decided on the new Monster sub. Went to the counter and the guy looked at me and actually said: "We just got in a big catering order." I looked at him for a second, waiting for him to take my order. He just stood there with a dumb look on his face. So I asked: "So you can't make me a sub? Really??!!" He just shook his head and said: "Sorry. Gonna be really busy." There's a first time for everything I guess. Next I'll hear McDonalds tell me they're out of hamburgers. Subway is dead to me. I wish I had a photo of the guy to post. He looked like a Subway Employee Poster Child. LOL.

You know that feeling when you go to a” Subway “ and you say to yourself , this is the worst subway ever….. That’s this Subway! Remodel or not , maybe they should pay a better wage . Not sure what the fix is here. Terrible service always dirty.
