“Stephen was really great. He was communicative and respectful. He was kind enough to check my battery and while he was checking out my battery he noticed something was loose, it was my serpentine belt. He explained in detail that it wasn't my battery or my alternator that caused my car to stop on the road but the serpentine belt. I was very relieved to be honest. I really appreciate him for his help. Such a good guy. Definitely recommend!”
