Not sure why the Wimberley Office has so many negative reviews. I always have a good experience. Thank you, Wimberley USPS.

Just submitted my passport application at this location. I’ve never been able to say I’ve had a pleasant experience at a post office until now! The staff was amazing.

In general, post office employees are known for their kindness and helpfulness. However, I have had some disappointing experiences with the mail carriers who serve Brookhollow Drive. Despite their colleagues' exemplary behavior, some of these mail carriers seem to be quite lazy.Over the past few weeks, I have received three notifications in my mailbox informing me that several parcels could not be delivered because I was not at home and they need my signature. However, I was home all day on each of these days, so I know that this information is not true. As someone who works from home, it is frustrating for me to miss these deliveries and be unable to pick up my packages at the post office due to their restricted working hours.Overall, I find this situation to be quite upsetting and disappointing. While I appreciate the efforts of many post office employees, the behavior of certain mail carriers is simply unacceptable.

The employees are always super nice but the hours are ridiculous and the building is antiquated. Please update the building and make it so that those of us who work long hour days are able to get our mailing done.

Superior to other Post Offices in the region. Good staff, easy parking, and good flow through for different customer needs. One improvement would be a larger overnight drop box for paid postage like the newer Post Offices now have.

Require a signature? Won’t make it, and .will simply DISAPPEAR. It’s obviously an issue, but nobody seems to care. Amazingly bad. Just pick up your items yourself or avoid using these people…if you can.

A employee Robert Roomsberg advised at least one customer that wearing Face Masks is a joke.

This is a great post office for Wimberley. Every time I go to mail a package there is almost no line, and if there is it seems to flow fairly fast. They have a great selection of padded envelopes, which is great because I'm not sure where I would buy in Wimberley. One thing I found interesting was the Hallmark card display. I don't remember seeing one in any post office I've been to in the past. Also, someone said the American flag wasn't flying at the Wimberley post office. It was when I was there. Took a picture of it..;)

DO NOT TRUST SCHEDULED PICK UPS! The carriers do not scan packages in and usps will not accept responsibility if your package is lost. I am completely out of luck because the mail carrier failed to scan my package at pick up and nobody did at this location.

Today We Closed Our PO BOX since we moved out of Hays County. I just wanted to take time to Thank Maribelle, Mike, Bob and everyone else who works at the post office. These people have really helped my family over the years and have provided excellent customer service. And to those of you who walk up to the window and are just rude to your postmasters please take time to get to know them and they will really take care of you like they did to our family.
