Very rude and lazy staff. They really need to to learn how to speak to people. Especially women. I would not recommend stopping here.

Salesperson Daniel was especially responsive immediately upon my entry, very effective in explanation on needs of my car and what would be helpful. He was very gracious and courteous in response to concerns and questions. Superbly and quickly replaced the part in my car. I will now use Advance Auto Parts from now on.

Ridiculous! Went in to buy a battery, the guy behind the counter told me they don’t go outside after dark!? When I stated that the store stays open til 9, for what!? He told me if I didn’t like it go to Auto Zone! After many years and thousands of dollars…I won’t ever go back!

Contacted another location about warranty on my battery and was told they couldn’t do anything for me. Contacted the Walzem location and the Manager Steve took care of me with no questions asked. Very professional and they take pride in their work. My go-to spot from now on.
