Terrible. On 12/16/24 at 7:10, 50 minutes before closing time, while all the lights are on, the open sign is flashing, the doors were completely locked with no note or signage posted. I called the establishment and nobody answered. I pull away and whoever is working decided to turn the lights off at that point.
Y’all are ridiculous and if you don’t want to work, you may as well not work at all.

I would like to say that Leeanne and Desree were extremely helpful I went in like 2 weeks ago with a shattered phone and walked out with a new phone with my same number woo hoo good job ladies awesome customer service

The stocky guy working the evening of 3.14.2024 @ around 6:20p is rude beyond belief. I witnessed an elderly guy attempt to be serviced TWICE leaving then returning, the heavier guy of the two employees was rude, disrespectful and dishonest.
I regret having to report this rating at this store HOWEVER , this gentleman needs NOT WORK with the public. His only concern is a sale ,,,he lies to make sells, always stating your phone is broke somehow or your phone has a virus.
Mr. CARLOS goes ABOVE AND BEYOND TO PLEASE US CUSTOMER'S. THANK YOU. I apologize ,Mr. Carlos in advance. However this needs addressing.

Guy in store practically shooed me out. Said they don’t sell any iPhones in store and that I would have to buy one online if I really wanted one. He didn’t even want to answer questions that I had.

We went into the store to get hel trouble shoot our phone which was "frozen". Leigh Ann and Emily (staff from sister stores) were there and helped us resolve the problem. Fast, competent. Thanks ladies.

They suddenly suspended my service claiming that my phone was incompatible (I was using an older phone while my new one was sent for warranty repair). This left me stranded, out of town, with no way to communicate with coworkers.My 3 year old LG Stylo 4 doesn't have VoLTE support, according to them. This is a lie. Cricket is forcing customers off of older devices to increase the sale of new 5G phones.
