Great customer service with Team Theresa at the front desk & Cameron, my technician. They are a joy to work with. Theresa consistently like clock work schedules my appointments quarterly & timely. Cameron has done an incredible job going above & beyond maintaining my grandson’s sand box outside - ant free! It is a such a relief. Never mind his meticulously attention to detail inside my home is much appreciated. Both Theresa & Cameron are a valuable asset to Lone Star Pest.

Lonestar does our quarterly pest control and we had to call for re-spray of our kitchen due to these 100 plus degree temperature days. They sent Eddie over right away and he was so helpful telling me to pick up dog food every day, plug drains daily, use vinegar solution for drains, and make sure they always spray an area of the custom cabinets that has a gap between the cabinets and wall. He was the best! Really educated me and was so patient and even funny as I stared wide eyed over his knowledge of all things cockroaches. Customer service and pricing is excellent here and they are always on top of their game! So glad to support a local business.

Have used Lonestar for years for normal treatments inside and outside, but just recently used them for mosquito control prior to an outdoor graduation pool party. EXCELLENT RESULTS AND PHENOMENAL SERVICE! We had them do a general area fogging and then leave-behind portable remote controlled area “mister” — we haven’t seen a mosquito in two weeks! The technician who did the fogging was awesome — very thorough and precise, and careful around the pool and furniture, etc. Also, we have 5 outdoor cats, and totally safe for them! We will now be using the fogging service on a regular basis and the mister for specific events!

Scheduling was quick and easy.. David showed up right on time and was able to assess our termite problem. He took time to answer all my questions (I had a lot) and went over options they offered. Their pricing was fair but the piece of mind knowing our problem was treating promptly is priceless. Will definitely refer other business to them!

I think the technician did a good job around my house. I had pointed out that the ant infestation was on my roof, but he didn't go on onto the roof. He offered to treat the inside of my home, which I declined. I'll probably use them again because my ant problem disappeared at a very affordable price.

Very responsive and knowledgeable. When I had an insect infestation, Richard quickly diagnosed it and solved it. As part of our scheduled service agreement he was careful to follow up and prevent the return of the insects.Services: Termite inspection
