Erik is the best Finally an office Depot with a good employee at the print center I use often depot quite a bit and it's rare that I get someone who is prompt and professional. Eric was all of those things you took care of my issues help me with my friend and was very courteous . Office Depot Be sure to take care of employees that are assets and this guy is definitely that Erik in the print center Thanks again

I visited their self service area. They had a paper cutter, plenty of staplers and hole punchers but the whole area was filthy. Also the blade in the paper cutter needs to be replaced. It was cutting the paper very rough.

This is the experiences I had with Office Depot Windscrest, TX 78239. Been a customer here for over 3 years now so it is an overdue review. Most of the staff here are very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient though they are at times understaffed! Parking is always easy as they have a big open outdoor lot shared with other stores in the plaza.
I would especially like to recommend Alea for making my experiences wonderful. Not only was she patient and understood my needs, she also made amazing laminates of the somewhat creased items I needed. She is also an aspiring RN! She will definitely make a good nurse because of her patience, efficiency and ability to multitask. Also had great experiences with Brian, Claudia and the manager Arianna.
For the quality of work they do, the prices they charge are definitely well worth it.
Because of the various services provided, friendly staff, will definitely keep coming back for more of our business needs. Keep up the great work Office Depot Windcrest!

I feel REALLY bad for the employee in the print shop who had to bring her kids with her to work (a baby and a toddler). She did the best she could with them demanding her attention (of course), but made for a long wait for customers.
Oh- and if you’re reading this from Corporate, l’m kidding okay? I made it all up- Don’t fire anybody just cuz this store is also a daycare center. Everybody else just be aware.

I had stopped it was exactly 5:15 pm and they told me to leave because they were closing because an employee was not ing well and tehy wanted me to leave when i was printing something. The store closes at 7 i just think it was very unprofessional

Always short staffed. Both self printers were being used so I asked the young woman behind the desk if she could help. For 2 printed papers, she said she will charge me $2.50.
Forget it. Went to Office Max at the Forum...kind, courteous service. Cost $0.58

Print Area: Alea was knowledgeable, patient, organized. Despite the busy line she helped every customer with care and attention to detail. She offered me a great printing solution and I was amazed how quickly she turned my order around. She has great potential to be a manager with her professionalism. I love this office max location!

Alea is the best employee ever!!! This girl help me make my wedding newspapers (new trend) I came from 3 different places and nobody understood my request! Alea got my thinking in less than a minute. So please managers give her some credit! Thanks so much! She made a brides dream come to life!

I've been coming to this location for a solid 15 years. My experiences have always been positive especially when interacting with staff. Although technology like online shopping has made it convenient to order online my preference is to visit this location so I can browse and compare prices. The staff, to include management, have been more than helpful even though there are times when staffing is at its bare minimum. I haven't used printing services, but will consider if the need arises.
