I went here to mail a package on a Friday morning. I paid over $50 for priority express one-day shipping. Two days later, the package still hadn’t arrived. The tracking number I was given will not pull up anything because the package was never scanned in. The employees will not do anything to help. They sent me to Perrin Beitel post office and they couldn’t help. I can’t file an insurance claim because the tracking number doesn’t work. Still, absolutely no help from the employee besides telling me there’s nothing she can do. She wouldn’t even look around the office or in her computer to see if she’d made a mistake. Nothing. Honestly zero stars.

They don't take any sort of cards, only cash or check. The only thing to tell you that is a faded sign on the desk when you go up to pay for your items. Then they encourage you to go down the hall to the ATM which charges $3 to use. Definitely would not have come down here if I knew it was going to be that much of a hassle just a mail simple envelope.

How does a post Office store not have a scanner?! The shipping label is already pre paid, it just needs to be printed!!! Instead they just redirect me to another store. Incompetent workers, wasted my time and ruined my day. They shouldn’t even be open if they can’t provide full services

Do not come here, this is the most incompetent USPS office I have ever been to. They lady in the front office won’t print a shipping label even if it is pre-purchased. Terrible service I wish I could give this place a 0 star rating.

Do not use this post office!! My wife brought them a very expensive pair of shoes to return on 4/8/2023 as of now no one knows where the shoe's are. The post office at Perrin brittle is stating that they never received them. There is no one to talk to about this, so you are just giving some free stuff anytime you take your packages there. Who is taking it? The associates or the driver?

Dropped something off here a week ago. There hasn't been a single scan on my package. It never got scanned and I called about 2 days after, and all they did was blame it on the post office on perrin bittel. They didn't bother to even pretend to look for it. I'm going to have to report it. I'm going to file a complaint and ask to get it handled. So they can see me in the cameras dropping off a package and it just going missing after that. Sus.

I guess the posted business hours are just a suggestion. I've gone multiple times during thier "business hours"and they have been closed.
