Doesn't wash car well, you have to run 3x or more ... young female manager VERY INCONSIDERATE . THEY DOUBLE CHARGED MY CARD with out my consistent. Vacuums have low suction . Parking needs a cleaning 😌

I went through this car wash on Sunday morning before church, choosing the second option that focuses on the wheels. By the time I arrived at church, my brakes had locked up. Fortunately, I was able to drive home after the service, but I haven’t been able to drive my car since.
Now, the ABS, traction control, and other warning systems are malfunctioning, and my brakes are completely engaged, preventing the car from moving. This has been a frustrating and costly experience, and I would caution others to be mindful when using this service.

Their car wash took off my front license plate. I use their other location and have never had this issue over the last couple of years. Do you know how aggressive the machines have to be to take off a whole license plate? The curve to get in the wash was ridiculously small, they pack everyone in there with no real space between the vehicles, when I got home half the car was still dirty, and the machines are so aggressive that it scratched my trunk up. I normally go to the one on my side of town, but I thought I’d try this one since it was in the area I was in, but never again.

The least expensive doesn't do a good job. Has happen several times. The bird poop stays on, the bugs and bird poop on the windsheild stay on. The dirt and grime on the back lift door stays on with visible stricks. Its a half-done job.

Too many issues occur the machine broke two of my window molds, I sucked up my sons football arm sleeve left my info they told me I would get a call back f they found it, never got a call called twice and on Friday they tell me they didn’t find anything. Terrible communication, the machine is extremely aggressive and clearly broke two of my molds. DONT RECOMMEND

Great place for a car wash, or used to be before they got too expensive. I was signed up on the unlimited monthly from the first day they opened, but then they went up $5 more a month. They also got really relaxed on getting clean rags out. Very hard to find.

They almost never guide you correctly onto the bay. The angle your needing to turn is not set up for your car to go straight.

My car was really dirty i knew one drive through wouldn’t get it all clean so asked the employee if I buy the $25 clean if i can run it again if it does get it the first time he said nah your car is to dirty and can only go once
So took my business down the streets paid $20 and they let me go twice and got everything off

No towels to clean the car in any container. No one to help. LIKE ALL SATURDAYS NO TOWELS, ALL CONTAINER JUST EMPTY. 2 EMPLOYEES ONLY NO SUPERVISOR TO RESOLVED THE ISSUE.

Location is pretty good, and easy to get into. However, the wash was subpar overall. Now granted, I only got the $10 one, but I think that it should at least clean the dirt off the car instead of leaving it half done. That said, the people seemed relatively friendly and helpful. So I'll probably visit them again and see about one of the higher priced washes and see if it does any better. I'm more than up to give them another chance.

Good car wash for the monthly plan. I do rideshare so very convenient to have several locations throughout town to drop in for a wash and vacuum. They have air blaster to help dry up side mirrors and even reach out to back of vehicles and they have complimentary towels, that's a plus. Few times I've had vacuum hoses that don't have any suction. Not a big deal, just use other one on next bay or move to different bay. Only issue with that is that employees use customer vacuum bays to park their personal vehicles. I've brought it up to company on an email but keeps going on. I've even asked if membership could be canceled online just to go to other wash place that doesn't take away amenities from customers. This time it was the same orange vw suv and a Honda sedan. It's been raining since 3 days ago on and off throughout the city and people will come in to use car wash and it is an inconvenience when not all buys are available just because employees want to park under roof.

I'm only giving this a 4 because the dryers didn't dry my car completely. The mirrors and windows had water spots on them.
