TRAASSHHH!!! This place has gone downhill so bad. Not only is the grass
Never cut, but the dumpster was taken away so the trash is piled up on the slab. And to top is off, the utilities started to get shut off because the owner didn't use the money correctly. The Cops always there due to fighting and yelling but they still wanted full rent. When confronted about these issues, we were forced to leave and then the oh so classy owners found us on FB and tried to bash us. Don't give this place the time of day!

The park is never kept up, grass is constantly tall, does not have a dumpster, as well as can't keep lights on. No internet,Worst in Winnie, avoid this place

I’m honestly really disappointed with this RV park. It feels like the cops are here more than the residents. they get called out CONSTANTLY because of all the fighting and drama going on. There’s always yelling and arguing happening and it’s super stressful and exhausting to be around. Drugs and crackheads all over the place. Owner expects us to pay full rent but won’t get the promised necessities?? I expected a peaceful place to stay, but instead it’s just nonstop chaos and tension. Definitely not somewhere I’d want to be or recommend to anyone who actually wants to relax.

Best RV park in Winnie. I tend to be super picky but the park is very peaceful and beautiful. It’s a little bit of country living with a view of a really cool pond.. I love looking out my window and seeing the ducks. Josh is an amazing guy. He is so helpful with everything. If you’re looking for a great place to stay this is a park you should definitely check out!! You won’t be disappointed.

I called to get a place for my husband to stay overnight after traveling all day, he helped guide him another way through the construction and offered to help him set up. He was reasonably priced and the epitome of Texas Friendly.. I highly recommend this RV Park!

Only stayed for a week and they charged me $300.00 dollars I don't recommend staying at this place. It took them a month to refund my deposit money they are a rip off stay clear of this place. They have Crack heads running around the place.

Very nice and clean place to stay. I stayed for 7 months and never had any issues, definitely recommend and will be back if I’m in the area. Great rates also!!

Stayed here for 8 months for work and Josh was an excellent landlord, always offering to help anytime he saw me working on something outside! Very quiet RV park and a great place to come home to and relax after a long day. My girlfriend also really loved the group of ducks that wondered throughout the park. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quiet trusty place to stay!

I stayed here for two months while working a job around the area. Josh, the owner is a great guy.The first night I checked in it was late and he helped set up my camper, brought me a water-hose because mine was broken and the whole stay he made it very convenient. He stays at the park so help is always right there. Thanks for making it a great stay and we’ll definitely be back anytime we’re in the area.
